15 waiting with only 1 car ahead of me
Then fish had 0 target sauce on it, fries wherw, cold

Really appreciate when a mistake is corrected quickly and with no hassle. Ended up with the wrong order and the manager was happy to replace it when though I had been charged for a less expensive meal.

Ordered unsalted fries and for a person on low sodium plan and both days they had salt on them not normal amount but u could feel it all over your fingers n taste was salt

I had to be parked for fries and that's ok food needs to be cooked. I asked if the could stick ketchup in and the gal at the window said "sure thing" I got crispy golden fries that were hot. The holy flipping grail of french fries, only no ketchup. The drive through is backed up to east jesus and with covid no getting in since the dining room is closed. Who got my fries? The German shepherd and he loved them.

The slushy machine was broken and the lady was rude and messed up our order and our burgers were sloppy

I NORMALLY don't post bad reviews. Usually they are good to great. But today I ordered lunch at 10: 45 got home ate the sandwich and most of the fries (the fries were cold, not just warm but cold. Not why I'm posting this though) when I found a bandaid at the bottom. I understand accidents happen but when I tried to call to let them know, no one answered the phone. I tried three times to get hold of someone to let them know. I'm hoping this will get their attention.

The East side store needs quite a bit of work with there employees.
It seems every time I go through the drive thru I get home which I only live 5 mins away if that and my fries are cold soggy.
Then some of the employees would rather talk to the other employees than wait on the customers. If your going to talk do it on your break or dinner break.
So know I changed to Wendy's GREAT FOOD AND HOT.

Had to pull ahead and wait for food. Took 20 minutes and I got re-dropped crispy fries, old patties on my big Mac, and after 20 minutes u can imagine what my sundae looked like. I normally wouldn't complain because it is just a McDonald's after all but this literally happened twice to me.

Nice McDonalds. Friendly and fast service. Clean restaurant. Food was nice and fresh. Excellent establishment.

I only go in an "emergency" but I always feel as if the food is not fresh or hot. Not worth the money or the guilt.

Routinely stuck waiting at drive through, order correctness hit or miss. Management was rude when called.

Drive thru attendant was very nice and had patience with my girlfriend and myself as we joked about our order and made changes. Food tasted like a BigMac and the fries like french fries

Seems like every time we get food from here, it's overcooked or old. Or something is forgotten on my order. I have stopped going there.

The order was done quickly but part of order was wrong, used the kiosk to place order which was convient

I love this particular McDonald's location for their consistently fast service and friendly staff. Thank you for all you guys do!

I ordered 2 happy meals, 2 big mc's, large fry, medium fry, milk shake and 2 sodas.
Not only were the Fry's really soggy and stale there was almost half missing in each fry.
The big Macs had hardly any flavor.
Very disappointed!
Only thing I liked about my order was the drinks.

Cant beat being able to walk in with all 4 kids and order icecream sundaes without having to talk to anybody. I love the new touch screens.

The girl who took my order was rude and had less patients than my autistic 4 year old. Needs some lessons. Had to pull up and wait for a dr pepper and had to go back inside for a fresh fry. Ordered a large. Got a cold small. Not impressed.
