McDonald's, Ridgewood NY

This is the most chaotic McD’s I’ve ever visited — it’s almost impressive how consistently they mess up my order.

The food always takes forever but that's because it seems like this spot gets hit 24/7 with a ton of delivery orders. The staff is all nice, and the late night manager is funny, I used to see him a lot when I would get out of work super late. Just plan on always waiting around 10-15 mins for your order, other than that I like this spot. The pandemic has actually improved this location because now they have outdoor seating, and weird drunk/high people aren't always loitering around inside sleeping or asking for money. For a Brooklyn McD's that is open 24/7/365, I have to give them their flowers.

Food was. Cold chicken nuggets. Very cold. The file fish. Cold. Not good at all. They dont gave Nanking and bbq. Soory

Yesterday I ordered the double quarter it looked like like single quarter pound with with? And ketchup and pickles the fountain soda taste like it had a funny taste

Is a McDonald's like everyother. The staff was nice and friendly and the place was clean. They let people in without masks even though they have signs all over the place for masks and social distancing.

I would give this McDonald’s at this location at 0 if I had to. I didn’t receive sauces for my nuggets, I specifically said no cheese I am lactose intolerant & I could’ve had a huge reaction I had to throw the whole order away! This is digusting, the people who work there are very arrogant and rude. Take your job seriously or someone will replace you easily.

If you guys are deciding on choosing a McDonald’s, go to the other side. This location is below 0?

If I could give the place 10 stars I would. The manager here is doing a great job running this place and McDonald’s should give him a raise and promotion. Seriously. They are always on point. The people are friendly and got their act together. I have been to other McDonald’s in Manhattan where the people are not as friendly. But not here. I always order my food from here. I some cases the food is ready before I pay! The lines are minimal and so is the wait. The other McDonald’s should learn a thing or two about this restaurant. Thank you guys for being kind to the people and making a difference. Believe it or not people notice that.

Well with the pandemic now, the lines are very short and you get your order quickly byt there's no sitting to eat allowed!

Nice workers but police needs to be present during the evening many homeless people like to sit in. Also seen a guy with a laptop once no food just his laptop

Wonderful &clean, I visit here A lot, im Never disappointed with my food or service. One of the reasons I still go to McDonald's.

Have to review service in the A. M it's very bad looks like the staff is complete.
I order a café late but never get it!

One of the best McDonald's I've stayed at. They have table service so you can just order at a kiosk and sit and your food will be brought out to you. There's minimal interaction with others if thats something you prefer. The bathroom is very clean. If you're from the city I will warn you the burgers do contain mustard so if you don't like mustard just keep that mind.

The surroundings are pretty clean most of the time, the staff is polite, the service is how it should be (fast), the food is okay, something wasn't right about my nuggets though, I'm not sure if they changed the recipe but I love McDonald's, I'd go back.

They give you a little bit of fries. The manager was rude and give you a little bit of ketchup.

I order a 2 big Mac to eat there and the meat was Cold like if it had more than 20 minutes out and it was luk cold bad not good not even a baby will not eat it.

Service could improve, Food was sometimes well cooked but others it wasn't cooked at all. It's a good place to spend time and fill your stomach once in a month.

Tried to get late night food on a Saturday night, but one of the staff tried to video me in in my outrageous clothes. So I took out my cell to video him. He was a coward and hid behind the equipment, but the rest of the staff came to the front to confront me. So they denied that he was being unprofessional while he hid from view. This is what happens when you don't pay staff $15 per hour, you get garbage employees.

This place sucks in the morning better customer service.it needs more employees to take orders at the registers not just one that sends you over to a computer so you can do it yourself because It doesn't want to take your order.helpful employees at that.
