McDonald's, New York NY

This location is kept very dirty. They do not clean the tables.

The location is very poorly run!

I usually go to this McDonalds around 3: 00am in the morning because is when I take a break from work to go and get something to eat but for some reason this restaurant started closing doors around this time according to a paper they put on the door.

Ill occasionally stop at McDonalds and use my app.
It was a pleasure stopping by that one.

Not the most pleasant McDonald's. The eating area/Cafe was filthy, and did not seem to have been swept, mopped, or sanitized prior to my arrival or during my 45 minute stay.

Furthermore the food did not meet my expectations as the Big Mac was poorly packed, no ketchup was given for my French fries, and my 20oz coca-cola was room temperature. On a 95 degree day they simply missed the mark

Just the run of the mill fast food being the slowest food in the world experience. Totally nothing special! At least the fries were hot!

Can get very busy, but they did a good job keeping up, didn't have to wait as long as I thought I would. I ordered a medium mango pineapple smoothie, it was much smaller than I thought, it was good, but not worth the $4 in my opinion.

It's a McDonald's. Everything is cookie-cutter similar to any other place. That it's open 24 hrs is a good thing. The problem is the staff are painfully slow and clearly have the body language of people not wanting to be there. Otherwise, a worthy companion for the 3 am snack after a night out.

I got here at 1030pm and we ordered about 30$ worth of food. About halfway through the meal i asked to use the restroom and they told me Sorry, they lock it at night. I cannot believe we can spend 30$ and they would not let us use the bathroom

The service was good the place is clean but it was this one spanish girl with at the register very rude to a older lady that was ordering the lady asked for a burrito and she was repeating it being funny saying u want 3 or 6 and u could see the elder lady getting frustrated it was just annoying

Just re-open few weeks ago, looks new and very comfortable, unfortunately a bit unorganized and I don't know why, they didn't accept my coupon on my McDonald's app?

The are very friendly and if ur order is not right or something is missing they replace it with a smile!

FAST AND EASY ITS VERY PACKED THE FOOD IS GOOD BUT THEIRS BARLEY ANY TABLES FOR MANY VISITORS TO SIT

Food is very good! But its always crowded and you have very rude staff rushes costomers to order their food

Lines are soo long here because employees are slow and probably not aware of what to do and I experience this almost every time I go there. Needs improvement or else.
