Business is very slow and employees are very lazy. Promise 2weeks but almost 2 months to get plates

Unprofessional people. Very slow and not willing to help. They will block your phone number ehen you try to call whether they received your registration or not. Look somewhere else

This place is the worst. Highway robbery $90 for a duplicate title they are taking full advantage of the pandemic. It’s sad. A title cost $20 they claim their processing fee is included $$70 processing to order a title by pressing keys on a computer. STAY AWAY IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE ROBBED. VERY EXPENSIVE

Been using them a few times now and never had an issue at all honestly. Quick, fast, reliable, and simple. Not expensive like the other DMV services around Brooklyn. Definitely 100% recommend them!

Honestly I had to wait close to 6 weeks to get my plates, I called in at the second week and was told that it could take anywhere from 0 to infinity days. I thought it was one of the most bull things I had ever heard to an honest question.further they waited 10 days to tell me they had got it in and then forged my document from the 1st to the 11th. So not only are they mean, but they also are dishonest, I will never go here again and thats that.
Go somewhere else.pros - office is small and I never had to deal with a line
cons - took forever to get plates and they were rude on the phone when I asked why it was taking so long
cons - 6 weeks is a long time to wait to enjoy my new ride.

I wanted the ability of skipping on the DMV, especially during COVID season, and m&d really helped me out. Helped me register, insure and put plates on my new car in 1 day, which was great because I was leaving on a weekend trip.

They prepared all the paperwork, I had the plates and insurance to my car before I even had the car.they are worth every dollar.
If you can’t take a day off from work to go to the dmv and wait for plates, go to them and get it done for you!

The dmv on west 8th is terrible! I skipped all the lines, Mike worked everything out before I got there in and was out very fast. Multiple employees made things fast.
