I was recently traveling from PA to ME towing my rv with my 2021 Ram 2500 diesel when I experienced a transmission problem. Fortunately, I was only 6 miles from this dealer and what an amazing experience; without an appointment, my issues was immediately diagnosed, new software was installed and I was back on the road in approximately 1 hour! The prompt service and friendly demeanor of the employees that was shown to me and my 3 hunting dogs during this experience was beyond noteworthy and I wanted to acknowledge an extraordinary business. I had problems with my new car and the parts are under warrenty and after 2 other times they failed to fix the problem, I understand sometimes problems aren’t always fixed the first time around but then when I needed the inspection done they charged me for it but didn’t give me the sticker. They even charged 99$ for an oil change which I didn’t ask for. All I said was I needed service for the check engine light and the inspection. There’s no way to make it up anymore. The sale department is amazing but the service feels like a scam.

Aug 2023 Update - I have been getting service there for 3 years now, My canyon has 83k miles and still drives like new. They do a great job servicing it- highly consistent and convenient. Highly recommend Meadowland of Carmel!

Wow! I really like my GMC Canyon - it exceeds my expectations and is much more than a utility vehicle. Ride great both locally and on the highway. Interior is really nice looking but durable and comfortable at the same time. My 2020 All Terrain model is very well appointed with great tech and everything within easy reach. It was just what I needed.
Now, what was even better was the team at Meadowland of Carmel GMC. They listened to exactly what I was looking for and while they had several options to choose from given my criteria, they nailed it on the very first one I looked at. I ended up with a fantastic deal that got even better when they accommodated my high mileage trade with a very generous trade offer that made the Canyon deal even sweeter.

The car buying process was made very easy by my salesman Dom. I told him what car I was looking at, and it was ready for a test drive as soon as I arrived at the dealer. Sharon from finance was extremely friendly and efficient. The whole process only took a couple of hours. I didn't feel pushed in any direction other than the one I wanted to go in; I was genuinely treated like a human. An issue with the vehicle did arise in the first week of owning the car, but Dom referred me to Kenny (in charge of parts and service) and the concern is currently being rectified. Despite having an issue with the car itself, the experience with multiple staff members withing meadowlands was overwhelmingly positive

Wow! Did I go to the same place as you folks? I have been to Meadowland of Carmel to have my car serviced three times. Each time the staff has been unfriendly, and unwilling to lift a finger to help me. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!

They installed 4 tires charged me for a tire rotation after they charged me to mount and balance them, and left my wheels a mess. Not a good experience this time.
