Meat The Greek, Eastchester NY

One of the best Gyros i had in New York state, its small size not as huge as in Greece but the taste traveled me back in time when i was living in Greece i was so happy eating i overate lol Thank you for this happy moment

Horrible gyro, small, dry and lacking flavor. They try to be different by adding French fries to the sandwich but still does not help. I expected more because it’s close to Scarsdale…. I was wrong. Go somewhere else.

Best Gyro ever! Very clean. Real Greek food. They also serve Greek desserts and their sauces. This place is a place I would travel to come back.

Beautful, expansive space. Good food, great service, lots of interesting spaces. The back garden is outstanding and they opened it just for us. We loved it.

I saw the place on my way to an appointment and I thought I haven't had a good gyro in a while. After I had my appointment I went to the restaurant, parking was a challenge. The menu was very inviting. I chose the lamb/beef platter to go. It was prepared quickly and I commented on that. I must say when I ate the food I was very disappointed! The meat was not seasoned.even the sauce included was bland. Hope you have a better experience!

Problably the worst resturaunt ive ever been too. The employees for some reason called me mean names and laughed at me when i asked for ranch on my gyro.on my gyro i asked for nothing but a tortilla, ranch and coleslaw and they started to laugh, which really hurt my feelings. I would not come here ever again. If i were to go a place in eastchester i would 100% check out sals deli.its near sax off 5th and they have the most legendary workers and food ever. MEAT THE GREEK STINKS!

This is a must in Monesteraki. The chicken souvlaki wraps and platters are delicious, gourmet mayonnaise, and fresh Greek salad were mouth watering! Owner and employees are super friendly!

The food and service is great, price is on the high side so I can’t justify eating here often. Very little seating and bathrooms are not the best kept.

We went for the first time to have gyros with fries and a Greek salad. Quite possibly the worse gyro ever. We are Greek and know what Greek food is and this was terrible. The gyro meat was dry and tasteless. The quantity was measly and the tzatziki sauce bland. The best part we’re the fried potatoes. The salad was tasteless as was the cheap feta cheese they used. We will never go back.
