I have had my yearly mammogram here with Dr Mitnick for over 30 years. The office is clean and well organized The staff is efficient professional and personable. Every mammogram is reviewed by 2 MDs. My mother died of breast cancer and I have 3 daughters and 3 grandaughters. This yearly test is extremely stressful for me. Dr Mitnick and her staff do everything to make me comfortable. While I am very aware that the results of the mammogram cannot be changed or altered by Dr Mitnick and her medical staff, I completely trust their examination and assessment.

I had a wonderful first experience with Medical Imaging. They were thorough and explained everything to me clearly and calmly. I would highly recommend!

Great! Very good, friendly staff. And Dr. Mitnick is a rock star—I trust her more than I trust AI.

Have been a patient for more than 3-4 decades and have always raved about your patient care experience at my visits. This time my appointment had been cancelled (? Not by me) and I was accommodated but not with the usual ease and care. This my downgrade from 5 stars. Hope this does not indicate you’ve now gotten too big!

I have been going to this office for decades and trust Drs. Mitnick, Tashman and Baskin completely. The facility is very well run, the staff is very friendly and guide you throughout the whole process.
The office also keeps up with the latest technology by offering Enhanced Breast Imagining/AI. I would never go anywhere else.

My appointment took almost 2 hours. I had a 7: 45am appointment and wasn’t taken to the back until around 8: 15am. Not sure why this occurred.fortunately my results were fine. You should consider letting people check in online and filling out the forms online before the appointment. That could save a lot of time for everyone.

Services were on time and complete. Check out was horrendous. I waited 15 minutes in line and then another 15 while papers were shuffled around. It took too long to verify my charge card and way too long to set up next appointment. Check out needs to be streamlined.

I have used this practice for over 15 years. They moved and merged with another practice. The new office is a cold environment, a patient factory.setting. Everyone waits 2+ hrs for that privilege. As a result the "sub waiting " room is filled with patients who are anxious and frustrated and for no reason. Unacceptable.

I cannot recommend Medical Imaging of Manhattan enough for their professional, warm, efficient, and effective assessment and treatment procedures for patients. I have known Dr. Mitnik for many years and she has always been so compassionate and understanding with everything i needed.

Too long of a wait to see the doctor after all tests (sonograms and mammogram) were done. Almost missed my obgyn appointment.

Got in on time for 1 test. Then had to wait quite a bit for 2nd test. Used to offer discount for Medicare patients. Not any more. Results read on site immediately.

I have been using Medical Imaging for many many years with Dr. Mitnick. Her staff is completely thorough with the examinations, very professional and makes the patients very comfortable. I think my FIVE STAR rating says it all!

As always I was treated with great respect and also efficiency. The staff is very responsive and the doctor is very capable.

I just had my annual visit and the situation remains the same. I am very pleased with the level of professionalism of all the staff and particularly of course, Dr. Tapper who is extremely capable. This office operates under the highest of standards. They have now added AI to enhance diagnostic precision.

I was asked if I wanted to pay $75 for AI to be added to my scan. I agreed thinking with 2 sets of eyes it would be better (and quicker possibly). I was kept for a particularly long period of time and after 1&1/2 hours I needed 3 more pictures. After still another 1/2 hour Dr Tapper came in and said there were several nodules and because of the variation in positions from 1 year to another it was difficult to read but she “ thought” I was alright I told her that was not reassuring but she just said it again in another tone of voice. It was unsettling. However her full report to my gynecologist, and primary doctors did not equivocate so I guess I can assume both she and AI are certain

Staff is very kind and the expertise of the physicians is unmatched. Been coming to this practice for over 20 years.

The entire staff is great. Dr. Mitnick and Dr. Tashman are incredible physicians. It’s also great to get your results the same day.

I’ve been seeing Dr Julie Mitnik for my mammography for over 30 years. I value her expertise so much that I continue to come into Manhattan every year even though there are highly regarded Breast Centers close to where I live in NJ. I particularly appreciate that two radiologists review each film, Dr Mitnik does a physical exam and I’m told the results of the visit by Dr Mitnik before I leave the facility.
