They will book at Extremely High Rates and Rush to see the next Patient

Unfortunately my Mother Passed away because of these, so called “Doctors”
In which they Failed to Find Cancer in her System before it was too late

Go Somewhere Else!

Because all these Greedy Savages Only care about

Is prescribing Medications, That make you Worse, instead of giving you proper care and Treatment

Extremely rude staff. Don’t know who I spoke to on the phone, but after hearing the mistreatment, her urge to get off the phone, and her constantly keep trying to discourage me from going (by telling me I have to be a patient to attend which I was trying to do if she listened) and by telling me they were booked up when I was also willing to wait for an appointment had she also heard me out. No thanks and I’d rather go somewhere my insurance isn’t even taken to pay for quality care.

Never again. This place is a zoo. Staff are completely unprofessional. I was there two hours. No one knew where my test results were. Hello, why did you contact me?

The best doctors in the business, I've been going there, for almost, 20 yrs, I'll be there soon.

Front staff are ok. Doctor's are good. But the worst part is to see a doctor the waiting time is longer then 3 hours even if you have an appointment. My suggestion is to only give appointment to the people that they could see on time.if not then not to overload them self with all the appointments.

They good people working in there but it takes a lot of time to make an appointment with them they need to hire new staff

Had to bring my uncle in for a physical and flu shot with a 1015 appointment and literally here two hours later still waiting. Great service from staff but very uncoordinated and unorganized.

doctors are open to questions you may have
waiting area has been expanded
clinic is clean and secure

cons:
wait time is fairly long (with or without an appointment)

Dr. Malaya is racist human being I ever seen in my life. Because of her negligence and irresponsible my daughter is in icu.dr Malaya killing all children there she giving wrong treatment & medicine. She should be revoked by New York State health department before anything big happened.

Had a very bad experience. Especially the reception and the appointment process was very disappointing. Doctors are okay but they seem to have a lot of vacations.

This is the worst clinic I've ever attended they are always changing the physicians last minute, they never have appointments available on spot, you have to wait a month or even more! On top of that their customer service is awful. Every time I call I am waiting 10+ mins to just talk to a representative. Ridiculous!

Been coming here since I was a small kid. Great service and fast moving, so waiting isn't that long.

Worst service ever.went in with an appt for my toddler after two hours of waiting I had to get up and ask what was going on the lady told me that I'd be next up.no one ever called me and they kept calling people that came after me. RIDICULOUS.

Horrible place ever. The doctor seemed like she doesn't know what she's doing, kept repeating the same questions over and over. The nurses are obnoxious. I had an appt with my daughter and they saw us 2hrs later, according to them the doctor had an emergency, but that seemed to me like an excuse. Then the nurse took forever to do the bloodwork. Horrible service.
