I am pleased to say that my roof leaking issue has finally been resolved by the repair service. Special thanks to the field manager, Many, who was very polite and professional throughout the process. He addressed my leaking issue and assured me of quicker service in the future. Although they were late in fixing my roof, I am satisfied with the way they handled the issue. I would like to give credit to the office manager, Natasha, and the field manager, Many, for their excellent customer service. However, I had a negative experience with the owner, Jerry, who was very rude. I suggest avoiding dealing with Jerry and instead working directly with Natasha or Many.

My new roof was installed by this company. Natasha and Jerry were amazing people gave us so many houses address to take a look their work and also the color to pick from. When the job was ready to install they were on time and get it done in the promise time given. Even the after work was done professionally, fellow up calls and making sure the job was completed at I asked.

We have our dream roof! Never did we imagine that it would look so beautiful. Jerry and his whole team were so professional and so accommodating every step of the way. Their workmanship is superb, they were a pleasure to deal with and their prices are exceptional! We recommend this company with a solid five stars!
