MedRite at Woodbury Common

I visited the office on Saturday 12/10/2022. Quick service and very friendly and professional staff.

Went in for a Covid test (preop for my hospital). Staff were professional and processed quickly. Then suddenly on the way out all I got is we will text/email you with 24h. Sounded highly unreliable. No portal/gateway to sign up. Of course past 24h in, no results. 1 web chat and 2 phone calls later, couldn’t find my chart, results not finalized, and eventually on the 3rd call (2 hour process so far) finally was told my email was not included in my profile. Had to escalate it to I don’t care who, took a while, then finally were able to enter the email in my profile and send the result. It’s nearly 2023. We’ve had Covid for almost 3 years. Yet Medrite hasn’t figured testing and relaying results. The agent tried to explain why this happened but I don’t want to know and have little interest on all the broken things in their system. He was nice and put up with my frustration but it was aggravating. It shouldn’t be this hard is all I know. They need to figure this out. Until this happens go to a place like CVS. Summary: Unreliable

They do nothing but covid testing, which they advertise on the radio is free, yet find reason to charge you a $25 co-pay that was not posted anywhere in the former bus ticket office. They billed my insurance company twice, getting over $100 from my insurance company, yet they want more! What a joke, plus they close their office for half the week.

The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. I was in and out in five minutes. I did not receive my results so I called, but was connected to the call center. I found that to be an extremely frustrating waste of time. I then received a call from Medrite in The Commons and Tracy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will save the number she called from in case I ever need to call again.

Very quick. Staff was nice. The whole process took about 10 minutes. Awaiting PCR results tomorrow morning. Would definitely recommend.

False Positives! My son tested positive at their location. After 2 negative at home rapid tests and a follow up negative PCR a day later, I don’t trust anything from these people. Especially when the whole house had Covid 2 weeks ago and my son tested negative through that bout.

I usually go to the location in jersey butt just soo happend Too stop at this one because I was shopping and I must say this is a very nice place. I came in Thursday around 5: 00pm. From the moment I walked in the ladies in the front greeted me I felt very welcomed. I must say the guy with the braids was soo nice too me and a gentleman. Best medrite I’ve been too. Thank you guys

This location needs to understand that COVID 19 is not the only disease a person gets sick. They need to provide medical assistance to all types of emergencies.

I am totally shocked to see these negative reviews. Don't believe that immaturity. The staff members at this place work long hours and it's a tough job. They've been awesome to me and totally professional. I am so grateful to all of them for helping me with regular testing since September of 2021.

Myself and my wife had the pleasure of being served by Kevin & Xixi today at 3: 00 pm.at this location. These 2 employees, along with everyone else there at that time were patient, professional and VERY helpful in directing us & assisting us through the testing process. Our thanks & gratitude to all of these people for their assistance.

Friendly staff, took a PCR test prior to departure, got the results in 25hrs, slightly late but sent an email and they got it sent. They even call to double check if I got the results.

Wow. This was so easy. I wish I hadn’t wasted all that time on the Walgreen’s websites trying to book a PCR Covid test for travel. This was close to my house and I was in and out in five minutes. Impressive! Results came by email within four hours! Great service for travelers!

My experience at medrite was phenomenal, they gave me a detailed description of when and how my results will come in. The front desk staff was fast and efficient and once i reached the back they were also quick, my entire visit lasted about 3 min.i would definitley recommend this place to everyone. They truly do the best they can even when they are extremely busy.

This place has great service this will be my urgent care for now on everybody was nice and professional thank you for the great service

I want to take the time to say how hard the employees at medrite work in the Woodbury covid center… I went in on a extremely busy day the line was long and staff was short but they were working hard fast and efficient. Many people were being rude and belligerent but they kept they’re professionalism up to par. I want to thank Jasmine for taking care of me and my family as well as making sure our results were processed and email in a timely manner. Thank you medrite staff for all that you do in an thankful.

My experience at Woodbury medrite was great jasmine registered me in a minute and then she went on to Swab me she is truly a jack of all trades and was one of the best swabs I’ve received she was gentle quick and had great energy … the staff was also great shoutout to the front desk and clinical staff they are working hard during these times.

Spent 4 days arguing with them to get my test results on something that takes everybody else 3 to 4 hours. I don't know a single person who hasn't had the same experience with them
