MedRite Urgent Care reviews
14None of the process for a COVID test and getting results was thoroughly explained. Also, the woman giving my test had her lunch out on the table (next to all the equipment). When I received a text asking for my feedback the next day, I sent my review directly (instead of posting it online). About an hour or so later, I got a very rude call back addressing the review. When I shared a small piece of what I understood about the process after doing my own research at home, they said “How did you know that if you didn’t understand the process”. While the experience was quick, they were rude and unsanitary.
This was a horrible and poor experience. I think the office needs to rethink protocol as I basically heard what I was there to be examined for spoken out in the waiting room floor repeatedly. The nurse also asked what was wrong with me and then let cutting me off. Do you not want me to explain my symptoms?
My wait was also over 1.5 hours and when they didn’t have a tool needed to complete my exam, they tried to convince me I don’t need to go through with it. Why? Because it save them time? But what about my health? Given this exercise I can’t see myself being a regular here.
The staff is wonderful and my experience was quick and easy. At such a hard time these folks are going above and beyond. Thank you!
Very helpful and competent staff. Problem is that the need for social distancing and high demand for Covid testing meant a wait of 90 min ouside in intense heat to get tested. You should make appointments for Covid testing and have adequate staffing to accommodate demand.
Everyone is really nice except Sharon Ramjattan, she is very judgemental everytime i go in, my sister went about 2 months ago too and had the same experience with her. Kia London and Augustus Valmond are really nice and i recommend seeing them.
I went in with my fiancé to get the Covid swab test. I was a little surprised at the number of people admitted to the waiting room but it was by no means packed. Wait time once paperwork was filled out was only about 30 minutes. Time to receive the test was only about 5 minutes for each of us. All of the staff members we interacted with were very kind and professional.
We walked in and we were seen in a timely manner. All the staff was friendly. Once we were seen everything moved very quickly and we were out in no time. There was no waiting in the exam room.
I went in to have an X-ray of my arm, because I had gotten into an accident. Checked online it says X-rays available. When you walk in the door there is a HUGE SIGN that states X-ray come in. Only to find out that they don't have an X-ray Technician. That's false advertising and I should report it to the better business bureau. Waste of time and money getting there just to be disappointment. Would not recommend anyone waste there time.
Covid testing was fast and easy. Nurses explained the results. Nurse who did the procedure did everything in less than 5 minutes a quick in and out. But i was there at 30 minutes before opening.
I had my flu vaccine administered last year. Quick, efficient, friendly staff. I am happy to see the dentist office is open again. I liked the old dentist that was at this location, the new dentist seems nice, I need to return for a follow up will update my review after my next appointment.
Listed hours online indicated open until 7 PM. Walked in around 6: 15 PM and receptionist said last patient is seen at 5 PM. Listed hours need to be updated.
Hours of operation need to be updated online and in the voice recording when you call. As of 6: 30pm today (6/24) the hours are M-F 9am -7pm. I got to the clinic at 6: 39pm and the doors were locked. A woman at reception motioned that they were closed. At a time like this having the correct information is very important. I left work an hour early in order to make it in time before they closed (7pm). Going out of my way to go to this clinic is also potentially exposing me to the virus, had I know they were closed at 6 or 5 pm (information is still very unclear) I wouldn’t have gone there at all. After I walked away, I called the number on here and a woman said they closed at 6 and the sign was on the door. I let her know this need to be updated online because not everyone will know what’s posted on the door if you don’t walk through here. We’re in a pandemic, we have to depend more on information online than physical signs at clinic 20 minutes away that you don’t walk by. Furthermore there were multiple signs on the doors and it looks like maybe it closes at 5pm. Whoever answered the phone didn’t care that the information online is incorrect and not her problem to update. She just repeated that there was a sign on the door and was hurrying to hang up that I barely got her to confirm opening hours. So along with updating the info on your hours maybe train your staff to have better bedside manners with potential patients as well
The staff are kind. But the receptionist isn’t wearing a mask. There’s no attempt to enforce social distancing. Patients sit in the waiting room with masks not covering their noses. There is no hand sanitizer. Common items (clipboards and pens) are not sanitized between people. For a place offering covid and antibody testing this is worrying. There’s no excuse for this.
