Don’t get me wrong the food is okay but the service there is horrible. Giving very much miserable. If you can’t deal with customers then quit your job! And i didn’t get the lady name that took my order only remember she wore glasses but she was real nasty.

I’ve given this place several tries to not be unfair with my review. Cashier and cooking staff are never on the same page. Food takes much longer than needed. Wish it wasn’t that way

I gave it 4 because the food is always fresh and hot! The only bad thing is the chicken they put on bbq and it damages the flavor! I wish they improve with seasoning meat! But they are good people, good service!

Very nice in photos but what a rastreria of a place, in the first place VERY EXPENSIVE, total junk food, since you do not give quality, at least give quantity for what you charge, which is quite a lot, here in the Bronx on every corner they sell what they sell here and better. I don't even know how to explain I feel cheated Save your money and your time.

Poor attempt at a Cubano. Longggggg wait for order. Asked for no lettuce, received lettuce.

I literally waited an entire hour for my food to come back home with both food orders messed up. I asked for plain food as my son has an allergy to onions and after all the explaining, I still got veggies.
I called them to let them know how they failed and they insisted to come by again and pick up another order. Just 30-40 minutes after I get a call to pick up my food to where I came home to yet another plate with veggies. 0/10 recommend this spot. Regret spending my time and money.

I ordered the food at 6: 30 and it arrived at 9: 15, the hard bread was cold, they sent me something different from what I ordered, I also ordered a salchipapa and the salchipapa arrived all outside, the patacon arrived in a torn aluminum foil, I ordered two sodas and nothing arrived, a complete disaster, I didn't order more here

But at least the food is Italian, the entire menu is expensive and that tray costs 50, and it's not that big

I was expecting something like the 1st picture i had posted and got very disappointed the bread was so wet, cold order 3 and we just couldn't eat it.called and spoke to the same person Asusena to let her know about the food and my experience and she took it like whatever, she said 1st time that customers complain about chimi.when i had spend for my 1st time and last

I don’t understand how this restaurant has such bad reviews! This is my third time ordering and I haven’t been disappointed. They actually got wayy better. 10/10 ive tried mofonguitos, chimi, yaroa and appetizers from them. I love please I usually listen to reviews but you have to try!

It's a shame to go so far and not be left wanting anything to eat. We stood there for more than half an hour to receive and when we left there we immediately uncovered the order and it was completely cold, we asked for one thing and in the end they gave everything the other way around and no forks or ñapa killed my desire to eat I will go home to make dinner

Nasty delivery Guy short Dominican. I ordered at 11: 49pm food got here at 12: 30am with no drinks … it’s now 1 am and I still have NO JUICE.

I LOVE all their food! An incredible flavor that reminds me a lot of Santo Domingo! I didn't like black pudding before and they made me love it! They answer the phone quickly and are very friendly 10/10! I hope they continue like this
