What a nightmare! Melio's stupid marketing gimmick that pops up with your customer when you've sent them a payment that say "Get Paid Faster" is absolutely unbearable as we've had two customers who say they've never been paid thousands of dollars when we sent it out months ago. There is no way to contact anyone at Melio directly. You have to hope and pray that they respond to your email. If they do respond, you have to hope they don't just close your case. We are out thousands of dollars. Our vendors are out that money and Melio can't/won't help fix the problem.

I would recommend not using Melio for your business. My business sends out almost $2M/year in ACH payments through Melio (via QuickBooks) and they are causing my vendors to lock my account because they are not getting paid and Melio is doing nothing to help. I am reaching out to my attorney to see what we can do to but we are small and they are large.

We will reach out to Melio per their response and update this post accordingly. However, the idea that for B2B transactions the option for an employee on the receiving end to choose an option to get a debit card seems absolutely wrought with opportunities for fraud. ACH was supposed to eliminate risk in payments but this option appears to be opening that back up. Maybe it makes sense for B2C or C2C transactions but not with B2B.

I used Melio support today as I received an error message. My agent, Jenna, was able to spot something on her end that wasn't on mine and help me. Her help required going above the normal standards. In the course of reviewing the issues, I mentioned some other things that were happening to me today and how I must have bad ju ju that created the tech issue. Jenna's response was kind, humorous, and helpful. It became the best support chat I have ever had - not only did she help me with my computer issues - it was a mini therapy session for me and she made me laugh multiple times! I can't ask for a better version of a support chat - seriously, what a gem!

Melio chat support was very responsive and extremely helpful. Today I had the pleasure of working with Maria, who was amazing. Handled the issue promptly and provided great communication and information. It took me longer to type this than it took her to resolve my issue!

Melio support is quick and convenient when help is needed. Used them many times (to correct MY errors) and have always been very satisfied

I was trying to figure our why I couldn't use a credit when paying bills online through QB Desktop, turns out it is a feature that isn't available yet, I spoke with Lulu, and she explained this and offered a work around. I'm excited that some of the QBO features, such as this online bill pay, are being implemented into the Desktop version of QB.

Horrible. Awful. Worst payment service I have ever has the displeasure of using. There is no ability to talk to someone on the phone, and there are currently *tens of thousands of dollars* tied up with them that they have not given a concrete answer about. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE.

Elijia fixed my payment issue in a matter of minutes! The process was quick and painless. Melio customer service/support was easy to use and was glad I got a live person right away and didn't have to through a whole bunch of bot questions to get there.

Dierdre was great today.resolved my issue quickly and competently. Just wish they had a void button with the option not to resend the payment.
