I had Melo come by this past Thursday for a job that started at 9 in the morning and was already near finished by 6: 30 that night! Just a Friday cleanup and double check and it was all set, even fixed up a few errors they caught on the spot! The work was quick, effecient and looks incredible already! Melo roofing did a great job on doing my roof but there is no communication one guy that speak English came in the morning and didn't see him into the job was done I didn't know how much plywood was used or what was going to be my additional charge due to plywood I didn't like how I couldn't speak to nobody that spoke English I am not racist but when I got people working on my house I would like to be able to speak to somebody that speaks English I would not recommend them sorry I got to be honest communication is very important.

Melo Roofing was fantastic from the estimate process through the completion of the project, including the display of the products used to the work needed before installation. They were also highly professional, timely, and gracious. Issues with the last roof installation from another company were pointed out and corrected when possible. Dayton assisted throughout the entire process seamlessly. The crew showed up at 7: 30 AM, and left after installation and cleaning debris at 2: 00 PM. We would highly recommend this company to anybody.

They communicate regularly through the whole lifecycle of the project (scheduling a time for the quote, setting up the installation, payment, and on the day of) which was important to us. We loved working with Tina who was on site the day of the install and made sure we could let our dogs out as needed!
