Men's Wearhouse reviews
15James & Rhea at the W 50th Street location are absolutely amazing! Both of them have been patient, kind and have offered wonderful suggestions to help us make our wedding day perfect. Thankful for them!
Screwed up the Groom's and 4 Groomsmen's tuxedos.
Absolute joke. This is even after the fitting. The entire time it was almost like they were pushing us out the door. The tux's clearly had problems but they said "no that's fine" and "that's good enough. "
The Groom: His suspenders had a pin holding it together.
Groomsmen 1: Was given the wrong sized jacket even after getting refitted!
Groomsmen 2: Given different color button's than the others.
Groomsmen 3: Pants buckle was broken.
Groomsmen 4: Was not given cuff-links.
They genuinely didn't care about us at all. Beware.
Alexander was extremely helpful working on fittings for an upcoming wedding. The location was organized and accommodating.
Carlos was very helpful. Got alterations done on the spot. Proper fit. On sale so prices were down from their usual “too high for me. ”
Very bad customer service. Avoid Mohammed at all cost. I spend more then 1,000 dollars on a custom suit and a joe wash pant and still could not get the proper alteration that I ask for.
The service sucks here. Representatives are more interested in chatting among themselves than helping the customers.
This place has serious issues with service and understanding their own promos. Thanksfully TMW customer service was able to provide some compensation for the poor experience at this location.
I called to set up an appointment and the person working there was extremely rude. When I asked her name she hung up and when I called back she didn’t pick up the phone. Would never go to this location despite it being the closest one to me.
It is of no surprise why this location has such poor reviews. As I walked into this location to return three suits I purchased online, I was surprised to see the smile immediately disappear from the workers face when they realized I was not there to make a purchase.
Sadly the clerk who tended to my transaction has an issue with things that don’t provide a commission for him. His entire demeanor was so off putting he never provided his name. He simply kept repeating information I had already acknowledged.
As I mentioned, I had three suits to return and I explained there were two separate receipts for the purchases, this information was not received by the clerk as he obviously was not paying any attention to me because he didn’t see dollar signs plastered to my forehead.
So we stood there staring at each other as he held the last of the three suits in his hand waiting for a receipt I had already handed him that he was also holding on the opposite hand.
To say the least I hope this review reaches the appropriate team and you train your staff to LISTEN to the customer, especially when they are visiting for a service that was guaranteed by the telephone customer service agent.
The entire experience was lacking and validated these negative reviews.
It was a good experience. When I walked in I was greeted by an employee who helped me right away I was in and out fast with what I was looking for
James was very helpful in helping us pick out a tux and suit. Professional, patient, and has good taste.
Better experience here than at the Bridgewater store. Service was good when making the purchases however there was a bit of delay on the follow up calls when I was notified that the jacket came in but no one could find it.
One suggestion would be the maintenance of the changing rooms. You need to be careful when taking off your shoes because every time I’ve been there, there were pins all over the floor in the different rooms.
Rented a tux. It was OK. Not the quality I expected for the price. The first fitting was way off. They adjusted it in 24 hours, and the second tux fit OK. Overall, not a great experience. In the future I’ll go to a place dedicated to tux rentals.
Poor service- if not for the 2nd pair of eyes, they would have sent me out with an inadequate tailoring job. Misplaced my suit after paying in full, failed to input my contact information in company system leading to confusion & frustration. Don't feel $1k was particularly well invested here.
Rody is the man, saved me and hooked me up with two great suits, fitting and adjustments done fast, great team and happy atmosphere
