Got my suit for $600 including jacket, vest, pants, shirt and tailoring.looks pretty fit on me now

The rental tuxedo shirts are ridiculously useless. Just buy one that will fit properly. Staff was helpful, but it's ridiculous to have to buy my own shirt in order to not look like Seinfeld in his puffy shirt.

Clean store with helpful staff. Went for bridal party tux fitting, was directed to the back and told someone would fit me shortly. Within 3 minutes a gentleman came back and fit me, gave me some samples to try on, and I was outside 10 minutes later. All very professional.

Poor customer service, poor people skills, would not recommend at all. I suggest Joseph A Banks or SuitSupply

I went to this store and every item, I requested they did not have, and these were items that the website saud were in the store! Horrible customer service. He couldn't answer a basic question, "Online these items are sold as a complete suit, here the pants and jacket are sold individually and that price is higher. Do you sale this as a suit or not and at what price? " His answer: "We sale it both ways, what was the price online? " Why didn't he know what is on the website? Avoid the Chelsea location! Horrible. Turned me off to this company. Bad, bad, bad. And what was hanging was crushed.

I didn't buy anything because like their other store they were completely out of normal size shirts and only had extremely large sizes. Maybe they had others, I wouldn't know because the staff studiously ignored me even though I was one of only 3 people in the store. Apparently restocking shelves takes priority.

Just go out of business already. The staff was completely USELESS. Upon walking in and asking if they have tuxedo shirts, the answer was “limited stock. ” After asking what sizes they had in stock, the employee stated “don’t have your size. ” It’s very impressive that he has the skill to know a size just by looking at the customer. After asking him if another store could possibly have my size, he stated “no, they don’t. ” The ability to know the entire inventory of every men’s warehouse in nyc and also the ability to know sizes by visual inspection is extremely impressive. Give this man a raise!

It was a COMPLETE waste of time going to this store. Just go to SuitSupply.

I introduced myself today to the guy standing at the door and told him what i was looking for he walked me over to the section and almost instantly left me to fend for myself. I literally had to go through this section finding stuff for myself.nobody seem to wanna help.it was frustration as my vision is horrible and i did not have my glasses. Then after quite a while i flagged down a yiung woman with a religious headwrap.she was the only one who offere me assistance although she was at the time helping someone else. It was then i noticed this guy just standing to my left side just profiling me but he wouldnt help.the young lady told me he was the manager. Ok so then i walked up to the counter and the same thing occurred.no one to was coming to my assistance although there were 3 people (manager included). A little insider note i used to work for this place.but at the location i worked we treated everyone with respect lkle they were valued. I hope this information can be the instrument of change.and yes im now a wall street manager and i have made mistakes as well.btw thanks to that young lady my items fit perfectly.

Well normally when I go to a men’s warehouse for a fitting I do not have any issues. Used them 3 times so far in 3 different locations. Unfortunately the team here was pretty standoffish. If someone doesn’t have a group number but has pictures and numbers for all the articles of clothing you would think they would be able to figure something out. Nope. Refused to help in any way, can’t look up the person by their name, phone number. I guess we’re living back in the 90’s. Good Luck if you’re going here for a fitting.

Update 8/4/21 - Visited the Mens Warehouse in Middletown (closer to my house) later that night.no issues what so ever. Staff was great and they had no issue assisting me.

Nobody would help me, a woman, but would help every other man who came into the shop. I was in a rush, and the store had just opened, and after 10 minutes of waiting to even be acknowledged, the brunette woman at the register walked away without even a “one moment please, ” or “I’ll (or someone will) be right with you, ” or anything, but clearly knew I’d been standing there this entire time. Very rude.

Placed an order, 5/24/21 and my coat was supposed to be in the store by 5/27/21. I was told express ordering was used and fee”waived”. Today is 6/3 and I need the suit by 6/7 and I was told today that the order is MIA and they can’t give me a refund until ordered is cancelled. WTH? You didn’t come through on my suit and I need to get another one elsewhere and you can’t refund me!

I called the store everyday. And everyday someone took my info and hung up on me and never called me back. Can’t get corporate on the phone ever! Texting is a joke and takes hours! For a well known company very disappointed I would never refer or come to use this store again. Bay terrace was the store that won’t contact me and I had this order with.

Please don't chew gums when you talk to customers. It looks very unprofessional and disrespectful. I could've bought a full suit but walked out. Went to a real tailor on 5th ave. I don't understand why even bother to come in work in a full suit and behave like a beach filp-flop store cashier. I won't come back.

My groomsmen were treated like second rate customers. Everyone paid for alterations and when the suits came back nobody's pants were altered, causing them to wait longer periods with my wedding date approaching. I honestly will not spend anymore money with this business nor will I recommend anyone to go there, my friends and I who were buying by the way, not renting, were profiled soon as we came in and not treated as important as others. I'm disappointed because I've always liked there clothing but I will not be going there anymore.

I've been here twice and have had the pleasure of working with DeVine twice. He's amazing and I have no doubt my outfit for my wedding is going to look spectacular.

My son's suit fit perfectly. Thank You guys for making his day. He desires to dress like this more often.
