Men's Wearhouse, Brooklyn NY

My experience was okay. I went to find a suit for my 15 year old son. I needed him to be measured and have the suit tailored. The employee that sold me the suit was not in the store on both occasions I had to visit. The day I was suppose to pick up the suit it was not finished. So went back the next day to get the suit. And had to wait for the alterations to be complete. What really matters is I received the suit. My son loves the suit. Hopefully the alterations are correct. Can't go back Wedding is Friday.

Horrible experience, and I gave this store multiple chances. Low inventory so they did not have my exact size in anything I actually wanted. And worst of all the store manager Delon Atwell seems to enjoy demeaning the staff and customers and takes advantage of his position at this store. He is very confrontational. A great example of; some people just shouldn't be granted any authority in life. Also, don't bother calling to ask any questions. They'll pick up the phone annoyed with an attitude and not help at all. The energy in this place is miserable.

Great service, in and out lickity split, now gotta make sure it fits when I get home. Rented a tux for a weekend wedding.

Boyfriend went here to get fitted for a suit and the lady that was assigned to him didn’t do her job correctly. He got there and was told that he had a mismatched suit, now he has to wait extra time for someone else mistake and is running late to our event.he spent $400 on this suit btw. They didn’t take any money off for the mistake or nothing

I went in and saw they were busy I waited patiently for someone to become free and help me I waited for a while and when they were free, looked my way and didnt say anything. I dont know if it was because of how I was dressed or they thought I was window shopping but I went and helped myself terrible service but the price was good for what I purchased.

First went to the store, very disappointed, I tried a suit jacket, the salesman stood, did not ask what can I help, very fierce said it was not your size, looks very funny! The service attitude, I don't want to give them a star

Very rude salesman tried to rush the sale of an over priced blazer by subtly throwing insults at me. Inventory is also limited.

Suits are great but if they need to order something that's not in stock it sucks almost missed an important affair because my shirt was ordered by manager three days after I have paid to have it in three days.

Not enough merchandise in the store. The salespeople might leave you standing around awile before they introduce themselves or decide to help you.

I ask if the salesman show me suits for my kids prom, salesman said they are pricey instead of showing me suits. I turn around and left right out the store. I brought the suits at porta bello i believe its called on 5th ave, sunset park. The salemen there were awesome. Never going to mens warehouse again.

Busy but a bit expensive. They were having a sale buy one get one free but it doesn't apply to kids for graduation suits. One suite cost us almost an arm and part of my leg, without the shoes. Look for a better deal if you can. If not then this is a good place with a lot of selections.

The worst place ever. The staff are unhelpful at all. Nobody should even think about renting a tuxedo from there. They would lie to you about everything.

There is 2 guys in the store they help you but you don't fill confotbol I searching for a suit and they play whit you

I bought a suit and left it to get it modified. When I returned, they had misplaced the suit. I wasted a lot of time on this transaction and found myself in a difficult situation as I was attending an event out of town. Using this store cost me a lot of time and trouble.

The Service is not bad here but you have to stay on top of them when you order stuff that they didn’t have in stock.

Walked in, all I knew was that I wanted a nice blue suit. I ended up w/the suit I was looking for plus all the accessories to go w/it. The service was outstanding.

Absolutely horrible experience. I thought I was buying a used car when I walked in. They try and rush you through the process just to sell you something, anything.the quality of suit for what your paying is way out of balance. Took 3 different trips to get the tailoring somewhat correct (Due to the whole rushing process). The manager promised to take care of me but alas nada. I had to bring it to another tailor in my neighborhood that was better and less expensive by the way. I wouldn't send my enemy into that store. I will always keep people who ask me where to go for a suit far away from Men's Wearhouse (by the way I assist veterans to prepare and obtain employment for a living.) Bad move Men's Wearhouse, Bad move.

Boyfriend was looking to buy a suit and the sales person was showing us expensive suits without actually disclosing how much they were. After having tried 2 suits the sales person tells my boyfriend he can get 3 suits for over 1200 dollars. My boyfriend told him up front that it was over our budget and the sales person gave my boyfriend a dirty look and walked away from us. Didn't try to find something more affordable or say "whenever you have the funds come back to me and I'll help you" nothing at all. He legitimately looked pissed. Garbage salesman. Don't go shop here!

Went with my boyfriend to buy pants. They wouldn't measure him even though he had no experience with sizing being that he works construction. Treated him likes a nuisance when he needed extra help. And they lied about the hours about the salesman we worked with when we called to see if he was in. Miguel. The only person worth the time. The only one in the entire store that cares. I'm sorry you have to be stuck with such trash salesman who try to steal your commission. Hopefully corporate finally steps in to make sure the people makin the experience both hostile and uncomfortable are no longer there. We will never come back.

If you know nothing about dressing nice like myself, the only shot you'll ever get on good advice and assistance with the intent on saving you money in this store is seeing a gentlemen by the name of Miguel. Everyone else I interacted with either wouldn't point me to the right section, trailed off in response to my questions leaving me confused, or tried to sell me the MOST expensive item they could find and became disinterested when I downgraded. Then hovered around the sale after Miguel stepped in to help me out finally. Out of all the stores I've gone to he is the best I've come across. I gave a 5 star rating for Miguel. Ask for that man. If not you're gonna walk out spending too much or not at all because of the stress.
