Men’s Wearhouse in Nanuet NY offers exceptional customer service from the seasoned staff to the newbie. I would rather pay NYS sales tax at this particular store when I live in NJ because this store’s experience is worth it in my opinion. Their sale racks are fun and this is the only place we suit shop because they pay attention to detail and make it a positive experience always. Kudos to staff training and a positive attitude by all. Absolutely remarkable

True professionals. Walked in for a funeral outfit, rather emotionally compromised, and had a wonderful experience.

Stephon was so helpful dressing my son for his jr prom. Even picked out pants and dress shirt on clearance. I'll never go anywhere else again for dress pants and shirts, hemmed n steamed in 15 minutes.
Such a nice guy too.

Professional staff, asked for a dark gray suit and gave me the perfect shade color of it. Also gave me variety of color dress shirt under it for an interview and they looked awesome! Thank you for helping

After my drive up to Nanuet, Stephon was extra helpful. We picked out a suit to rent that matched my boy, for his special occasion. Measure, try on, then ordered. 1-2-3. Where as the Bronx location just gave me a jacket to try on. Then told me to go on line and order it myself.smh!

Go see Stefan (not sure how to spell his name) for excellent, attentive service. Helped me get the perfect suit for a special occasion and put together several options for me. Most of all, very personable and friendly. Can be a pain to get the right service, especially in a pinch like I was in when I visited, so it was great to have the commitment and patience he provided.

One of the workers said that they didn't think anything would fit me and the other one followed us asking if it was the first time I had ever even worn a suit before. I was extremely uncomfortable with that question, as I believe any man walking into a store with his wife would have worn a suit before.

One of them then brought me to the children's section, and said that the boys jackets wouldn't fit me but they didn't look to see how I actually looked in them, nor did they take any measurements.

They basically told us they couldn't help, recommended h&m (which didn't have suits might I add) and we left. I knew I was going to need alterations because I am a 5'4". They treated me like a child and dismissed me when I said I had looked up my size online on your website and said that wasn't going to fit, that I'd "Swim" in it, meanwhile after we left, we went to a different department store and they were able to get me an adult sized suit immediately and alter it in store with no issue, and the size I bought was the size I told them I would be. I would give this place a zero star if I could.

Great experience, lady that helped had great taste, I was in an out quick with what I wanted.

Store did not have enough staff to help. You would think they would have the jackets and pants in size order on the racks to at least make it easy on the customer if they weren’t available to help. The reps did not even try to look our way to notice we were struggling to find what we needed. I finally left. I guess I will spend my $500 some place else. By the way 6 months ago I tried to buy a sport jacket and the same thing happen. It must be the culture of the store.

I came to this store to purchase a suit for a wedding in a few weeks.i made this abundantly clear to the sales person and woman working the register. They said i could order an item online from the store to be shipped to my house. They don’t provide any tracking information and I had to call repeatedly to find out almost a week later the item I ordered wasn’t even in stock. When I called to find out what could be done they said they would look into it. I had to call back again to find out there was no solution. So now of course I’ll have to drive back to this store to drop off the pants to get a refund. Let me save you two weeks and a couple drives, shop somewhere else.

After informing me that I had a $300 shopping spree to the store for the number of suits being rented for my wedding, Stephan confirmed that it was a one-time use and helped me avoid wasting it on a couple of items I grabbed for the moment. I wanted to get my money's worth and him and John, the store manager, were so patient and helpful with me the entire time while I scoped out the store. They were terrific.

I had to help my fiancé pick an outfit for a wedding we were going to together and we had no clue where to start and a young gentleman approached us I believe his name was Xzavier and picked out the perfect suit along with helping us get a shirt and tie.the combination was BEAUTIFUL! I cant thank him enough for being such an attentive, and caring staff member!

The only reason this place even deserves stars is due to one stellar employee and she may even be the only female employee there. She was phenomenal in helping us pick out the suits for our wedding and assisting with the fitting. On the final day of pick up, all the male associates were unable to assist. They did not check to see if the suit had any issues and the shoes looked very worn out. My brother had asked to get shoes located to another location on the day before my wedding and they had assured us they were going to send it to the Men’s Warehouse closer to the wedding venue. They were not paying attention to where they sent the shoes and told my brother to pick it up at the Nanuet location which we were 3 hours away from there. The male associates should get better training and customer service skills. I really wanted to commend the young woman as she is the only reason you should even bother going to the store.

My husband bought two suits here and got them altered. He gave specific details on how he wanted the suit altered, and the tailor fought with him through the entire process, and fit it the way THEY wanted it. When he went to actually wear the suit, he was absolutely swimming in it, it was too long and too baggy. He now has to take the suit elsewhere to get altered a second time

Merlyne was superb in all aspects. Extraordinary customer service, Supreme expertise & shining attitude. Bravo!

Horrible place skip this one the one in Paramus has much better customer service and when they tell you your suit will be in in a week or two I actually will be unlike this place! They don’t seem to really care about their customers
