Men's Wearhouse reviews
16So expensive. They need to hire more people to take care of customers. I won't ever go back!
Do not go here! Travel to another location! The staff is useless! Sitting on their phones and no customer service skills. It’s like they didn’t even want to be there…
In need of a new suit but the reviews gave me pause. Online customer support responds to reviews saying “ they will use information for review and training purposes” but has anybody been accommodated or satisfied for their original complaint? The general feeling is that the staff cannot be bothered, enough to insult and incorrectly provide items customers have paid for.
I took my 95 year old dad here to buy a suit for my daughter’s wedding. Jasmine helped us pick out one that fit him properly, and measured him for some alterations. She was incredibly patient and could not have been nicer. My dad has a lot of trouble standing and getting clothes on and off, so this was not an easy assignment. Jasmine was wonderful to work with and so helpful to my dad. She volunteered to get the alterations done in one day when she heard we were from out of state, and headed back very soon. Overall, a great shopping experience thanks to Jasmine
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The suit we ordered came in quickly. Great store. Definitely recommend you try this location.
Went with my boyfriend to get fitted for a suit coat. The salesman didn't seem knowledgeable, he insulted my boyfriend's weight (he's not heavy, he's muscular and tall, so hard to fit) and told him he could fit him better if he lost weight. Then he wouldn't listen that the sleeves were too short. It felt like this guy was trying to just sell a jacket to earn commission and didn't care how it fitted or looked, so we left without buying anything. If you're going to spend the money on a suit, it better fit well, even if you have to tailor it.
Update: They want me to email them, but I don't intend to do that. Hey Men's Wearhouse, try looking at all your horrible reviews and fix your problem internally. You don't need more info, everything that happened is all right here. You are clearly unprofessional on a regular basis. You should close your doors.
Great value. Good discounts. Great staff. Very helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back. Great experience. Thanks
Forgot my shirt with no compensation.
Picked up my suit for a wedding that I was the best man. Pointed out a small stain I noticed on the shirt when I tried it on. The worker said he’d grab another one no problem. He comes back a few minutes later with everything all packed up and sends me on my way. A few days later when I’m 250 miles away in the boondocks I open up the bag and notice he didn’t put a new shirt in there and took out the original one! Had to scramble to find something and ended up settling for a polo which worked well enough with the suit and vest. They didn’t care at all when I returned it and did nothing to make it right. Won’t be back.
Got an email from Mens meathouse and they offered $20…. Doesn’t even cover the amount that I had to pay for the replacement shirt. Complete joke.
Got a new suit here recently for a job interview, helpful staff helped me pick out and match everything
If I could give negative stars, I would. Complete hot mess of a “business”. Told my friend her son’s tux rental for my wedding was free at the time of measurements, then when they went to pick it up they were told it was going to be $400 (?). Fast-forward to the day of my wedding, the tux pants were missing, and the sales rep said nothing at the time of pickup…there was a small sticky note attached to the garment bag that no one saw because it was under 3 other pieces of paper. Why wasn’t that noted in the system? Why were the pants missing in the first place? The store did nothing to rectify the situation, were unapologetic, and tried blaming it on the person who picked up the tux. Again, why wasn’t the paperwork checked in store…? I’m thankful I had other vendors that actually cared, and I had my photographer’s assistant offer to run to Target and find black pants, which ended up working out perfectly. My advice is, drive a few extra minutes to another location, don’t waste your time, energy, or money at this one. I will never recommend.
3 sport jackets in entire store, manager blames shortage in supply, while Macy's has 15 different styles, l though this was supposed to be a mens clothes warehouse.
Very poorly managed.
There suits are old and there shirts are dingy. I was so disappointed in the quality of there suits.
It was an okay experience. I took my husband here today (Black Friday). The salesperson never introduced themselves and I felt completely rushed out of the store. My husband never even got measurements (said they go by his Jean size) and we never got to browse the store.
I told the saleswomen what we were look to spend and we didn’t get a lot of options. We didn’t get a chance to shop ourselves. My husband was getting frustrated but we left with a suit.
Pretty much he just picked anything just to get out of there.
Poor! Asked for help on ties, suits. We were directed by a finger from 2 young guys folding shirts. Neither was enthusiastic over the other. Who we thought was the manager was at register working, and his staff were mingling, leaving customers helping each other! Poor will never go there and will tell others go to a different location.
Horrible. Employee didn’t even make herself known until a few minutes, never told me her name but did manage to say she wouldn’t be helping us as she “has sciatica and needs to leave. ” We looked at some jackets before she frustratingly came over and “helped”us anyway. After we selected a jacket, we did mention we are open to options & other colors. To which she proceeded to tell me “you have no options that’s my only black suit” followed by telling us “you know where to go look” to which I proceeded to explore my options by leaving and spending our money elsewhere. Unbelievable how you can talk down to customers & expect them to shop there.the other employees seemed very nice, wish we could’ve been actually helped. Went next door to Macy’s and immediately got something nicer & helped.
Walked around for 15 minutes without anyone offering help, when we did get help the employee had no idea what they were doing. Didn’t measure for sizing and we said we needed a suit and he gave us a jacket that didn’t have pants. Save your time you won’t get what you need at this location.
