Men's Wearhouse, Cicero NY

I went in to be fitted and purchase a rental in which was in stock the first time I went. The fitting went well and the guy I was with was very helpful. As I went to pay the guy told me the system was down, that I couldn’t pay, and to come back in about a week. I came back to purchase my rental although I needed my pants to be changed which shouldn’t have been a big deal. Yet the guy that “helped” me this time made things very difficult and a very bad experience. The rental I was going to purchase before happened to not be there anymore, which was already infuriating as is. Yet as I was paying rather than asking if I could speak up he replied, “Bro can you speak up? You’re not helping me by talking that low. ” I’ve never seen such terrible customer service, and won’t ever recommend this store to anyone.

Helpful staff however, recommend for people who know exactly what kind of experience they want.

It's unfortunate that it takes 2 and 3 tries to get a suit pant leg to have a slight break. It's not rocket science and customers shouldn't have to come back multiple times to get it the way it should be done on the first try. I'm not happy

I had asked a question it took more than 5 hours for them to get back to me. It says they reply with in a minute

Friendly and Knowledgeable staff. Took the time to acknowledge us even though they were busy with other customers. Very helpful in the selection process.

Worked really well with me to find what I needed and help me get it where I needed it. Everything fit great and I was very happy with it.

Even though it didn't have the dress shirt they could custom order if you can't find it anywhere check this place out.

As a Groomsman in a wedding, I was given the wrong suit. I purchased one suit, went in to get fitted, and came back a couple weeks later to pick it up. The day of the wedding (an out of state wedding) the Groom looks at the suit and goes “this is the wrong suit. ” I spent the entire day embarrassed that even though the color was very close, I was wearing a different suit than the rest of the wedding party.

Ultimately I filed a complaint and received my original purchase money back (not the additional money I spent on alterations), but I had to give the wrong suit back. I was told I’d get the correct suit in exchange, but when I went in they said they had no idea where the correct suit was and that there was a mixup between myself and someone else that day.

While I’ve always respected Men’s Wearhouse, I am extremely disappointed about this situation.

The gentleman was extremely helpful. Can't say anymore than that. Truly a pleasure doing business with them.

Bought a $300 suit, a week later went for a tux rental for a friends wedding put deposit down then friend decided to go somewhere else for tux because how expensive. I called the staff told me I could get my deposit when I picked up the suit I purchased, just went to pick up the suit and they are refusing to give deposit back. Would not recommend.

Edit: I was contacted by customer service staff and was notified they will be refunding the money. Thank you for your help!

Going to be another week for my suit and pants. Nice that they couldn't tell me this in the beginning. I won't be coming here anymore. Prices expensive so I thought that service would have been excellent. Boy was I wrong.

I don't understand these one star reviews. The staff are very professional and helpful. I don't know if you can get a custom suit for a better price. A large variety of what you can do with it. It does take a while to get all the measurements into their system but it is worth it.

I miss when Blockbuster was here in this location. You'd get something nice to take home after being ripped off.

‘Dissatisfied’ and ‘inconpetent’ don’t do justice to this store and their employees. Leaving 1 star because I can’t do zero. If you’re thinking about getting a tux here, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere especially if it’s for your wedding.

Not customer service friendly! We went to get suits for my husband and two sons and no one greated us or directed us in the store. We left and got great service at Lord and Taylor.

They werent to adamant about keeping my service with them after explaining I was on the fence between two rental places. They would not let me see the color of tux I wanted on a mannequin. So I could visually inspect the look I wanted. After all it was for my wedding. They guy told me I couldn’t get a free suit being the groom because we didn’t need suit jackets in the rental, where every other place I checked would give me a free rental. Safe to say they lost my service. Go to Giovanni’s in North Syracuse. Way more personable, and less expensive. Ended up getting a rental for 125 dollars for my groomsman and at men’s warehouse it was going to be 180.

Top notch people, and the quality of their suits, and other clothing, and shoes cannot be beat.

Excellent. Ask for Vinny. Very professional and awesome to deal with. Vinny helped me put together a suit for my Mom's funeral. He is an asset to the company.

It was ok. It was good to have a knowledgeable employee who could do accurate measurements. Don't necessarily feel like I got the best deal though.

This store has a good variety of clothing. The staff can be dicey at times but it depends on who you get at a given time.
