Men's Wearhouse reviews
12Extremely rude service the minute we walked in the door…said we needed a suit coat for next weekend and got a blank stare and very rude remarks back. Didn’t even need or expect anything tailored or a full suit… 0/10 would recommend to anyone. Wish we walked out and took the drive to Macy’s.
Staff is super professional, friendly, and helpful. The tailor especially is very good at her job
Poor customer service, no big man suits in stock even tho they advertise they have big man sizes. Total waste of time.
Don't bother shopping here if you need any sort of help. Staff is rude and discriminatory.
Would give zero stars if I could. Walked in hoping to find a suit I need for a work event fully prepared to drop the necessary money to do so knowing it would need to be tailored to fit. Don't even get greeted for the first 15 minutes I was there but ok whatever people have stuff going on at work. My issue is the fact that I'm female presenting and was not only laughed at by the 2 male associates who "helped" me but was told to just come back another time when there was someone else to help me.
Loud and clear, if you're LQBTQIA+ or gender non-conforming don't even waste your time they do not want your money. Go somewhere else
I’m appalled by the extremely rude and dehumanizing behavior of the present staff. Telling a person to come back when someone else can help them just means that they aren’t capable to do the job and probably shouldn’t be in a customer service position.
Would advise business be taken elsewhere to a place where the staff can be decent human beings to a potential customer, which is a bare minimum requirement in my opinion.
Well, when we got home after driving 45 minutes, they never packed the shoes in the bag, and never gave us a matching pocket square. Would never go back again!
I have to commend Corbin the manager for excellent customer service. I had an issue with a tuxedo rental and he rectified it immediately. I'm a returning customer and will continue to be one.
Dropped off a set of pants after having them cleaned to have them adjusted. Got a call a day later they needed to be dry cleaned. Dropped them off after a second cleaning along with another set I needed adjusted. Was told to pick them up a week later. Go to pick them up the scheduled day and I am told they need to be dry cleaned again before the person can do the adjustments. I told the associate, I had already done this twice now. The seamstress said they didn't look like they had been cleaned. No stains, no lint, no odor, no idea what the problem was. When I said they had been cleaned twice now and what was I supposed to do, I was told I have to bring in my dry cleaning receipt with them. Absolutely ridiculous and I will not be going back.
Words can not describe how disappointed in my experience with the whole company. My groomsmen went to 3 different locations in 2 different states. We rented 7 full tuxedos, and every single one has an issue. My father's pants were so short that he could not physically sit with out it hurting him. We had sleeves to short, different lengths. Coats to small, coats to big. Shirts with stains on the sleeves. We had pants to long. I had a groomsmen who was told that he was a big boy with T-rex arms and that why it looked as baggy and sloppy. I will never return to this company and highly recommend other don't especially if they are bigger. They will body shame and ruin your wedding/pictures. I was told that I was not allowed in store to see what options I had to pick from. The staff treated me like I was not worth their time or effort and had terrible attitudes
We opted to use Men’s Warehouse because it felt like the best option because our groomsmen and ring bearers do not all live in Buffalo. We went to look at options for rentals at the McKinley Pkwy location and were told to just go to the back and look around. We found tuxes we liked, and ultimately just went with them because it was convenient. I wish I would’ve used a local business instead. Only one out of 11 tux rentals was 100% accurate when our bridal party went to pick them up. Thankfully they were able to replace pieces and fix the issues, and everyone looked great on the wedding day, but it’s not worth the stress and I would not recommend.
Do not rent suits from here!
They took measurements but clearly didnt do anything to the garments as all the guys suits for my brothers wedding fit like they were right off the shelf. We all got fitted for slim nice fitting pants but when we actually got the suits all of the pants were boot cut. They tried to rush slim cut pants (as we all got fitted for) but only 1 pair came in time. Horrible horrible tailoring for what the charge to rent a suit for a night. Save your money, use Generation Tux online.
