Men's Wearhouse, Poughkeepsie NY

Been here several times with the gentleman of my life. Services wonderful customer interaction is great they are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I had to buy a new suit at the last minute and MW came through! Our salesman was very knowledgeable and professional. Most places seem to employ people who let you know that they are just passing through, thankfully that's not the case here!

Over the years, I have spent a lot of money at Men’s Wearhouse…a lot! Recently bought two pairs of shoes. After bringing them home, realized one pair was loose fitting and decided to returned them for one size smaller (not a refund) just an exchange. I had my receipt, Unfortunately I did not have the box. Store would not except shoe exchange. This is poor customer service. I understand firsthand being a business owner myself how important this is. They would have been only out a box, now they are out a client and $$$ I would
have spent for future purchases. How foolish

First tuxedo I tried on fit perfectly and the associate picked it out without taking my measurements. What an eye!

This has to be one of the most unprofessional and unfriendly menwearhouses I ever had the displeasure of stepping into. My partner went in with hopes of getting measured for a tux- When he asked one of the workers for assistance, she said it would just be "easier" if he just bought a tux because the event was 1 week away. She pointed us to a cheap sales rack and told us to pick from there and walk away. I immediately felt that she did not want to help us but he still needed a tux so I didn't say anything. Frustrated, we decided to ask another worker and he was helpful somewhat.
We ended up renting the tux but plans have changed and we no longer needed it. We had already put a payment down and picked up the tux 1 week later. We called about 20 minutes later After picking it up and asked if we can return With full refund because plans had changed. The girl on the phone said that that was possible since it had only been 20 minutes and the tux hadn't even been worn. We get There and the store manager didn't want to issue refund. She said it was against policy. Very long story short, she only agreed to give us half the money back. We had to call corporate to find out that corporate is very upset with how they handled the situation. Corporate said that there was no such policy and a full refund should have been issued. Corporate had agreed to send us the rest of the money back. Danielle the store manager and Kyle should really pick and choose their battles. We were the nicest customers and had a bad experience from the moment we walked in. We really appreciate corporate and how they handled the situation but with that said I would go somewhere else if you were looking into renting buying or purchasing a suit or tux. This specific mens wearhouse seems to lack a whole lot of professionalism and customer service skills. They all come off as miserable workers and it shows in their work.

Worst experience ever. Dylan is rude and unprofessional every time I’ve come in. Not only is he dismissive but beyond rude in the way he interacts with customers. Went as far as to make a comment to me referring to me complaining about his behavior the previous time I was there. Never coming back here and do not recommend spending your time at this location. Very disappointed.

Was ok Abdul the sale assist was extremely helpful because of his professionalism and amazing nature, I will return and do business with him. Great guy. Joe Nyc

This location is horrible. They don’t even want to measure you if you ask because apparently they don't “ measure like normal places “ all they do is “ ask you simple questions. “ Which makes absolutely zero sense, wonder why they even had a measuring tape. Did not care that I have an entire wedding rental group of about 15 guys renting from them. The one employee was extremely rude and didn’t care to help us what so ever or even try to help accommodate. Wouldn’t come back here.

If I could rate the Men's Wearhouse store at 2020 South Road, Poughkeepsie, NY a ZERO, I would! On picking up my suit after alterations, I found the staff extremely RUDE. I had THE WORST retail shopping experience of my life at this store and will NEVER spend a DOLLAR in ANY Men's Wearhouse EVER again!

Excellent so far but I pick up my suit in a couple of days. Hopefully my body dimensions fit into what I pick up.

Need to get my boyfriend fitted for suite. Planing on buy at least 3 suite. Trying to get information on what fits better and size. Staff not friendly at all. Won’t help you at all unless you’re actually buying something that day. Big disappointment. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Avoid this place! This is the worst store to shop in by far! You walk in and every staff member is completely rude. They never say thank you and the store manager I remember, I think her name is Samantha if I’m not mistaken was the worst! Everybody there either has anger issues or is depressed. Not helpful at all and is the worst place to shop for a happy occasion. I do not recommend this place at all. If you’re looking to rent a tuxedo or shop for a suit go to Joes ABank in Fishkill. At least they smile and are friendly there!
