This company is so disorganized and overpriced. They can’t measure pant lengths right, your orders are always different depending on who you talk to that day and oh, not to mention they make it inconvenient that you have to pick up your suit the day before your wedding and return it the day after. So to save everyone else the stress on your wedding day spend your money elsewhere at a local business that can accommodate your needs.

Review not necessarily for this particular location. Rented tux for a wedding. They will charge you late fees if it’s not returned THE DAY AFTER THE EVENT! I’m still hung over and have to worry about returning it. A few day grace period to sober up would be nice. Now I’m hung over waiting in the parking lot for these guys to open at 11am. Seems like a money making scheme to me. I wish I was still in bed!

I visited this store seeking a nice dress shirt for my picky teen. I had no clue where to even start and feared no matter what I picked, my son would hate it. Mary was extremely helpful, and her intuition was spot on. My son loved the shirt! So happy with my experience. If you can, ask for Mary.

Needed pants in a short time for a funeral.

Customer service can either be great or completely terrible! I guess they don’t find it to be pertinent with telling you all the details. I’m in a rush to come pick up both my sons prom suits, we paid for half at the fitting, and now am informed they not only don’t have my card on file (that’s not with me) but they also cannot even as much as let my boys try the suits on to make sure they fit. Until I pay the balance with the card that’s not with me. Lmao. Last year they didn’t fit and had to be overnighted. Tomorrow is prom so yay. Next year, and from now on we’ll be going to Tallmans in painted post.

Update, after asking to speak with the managers, manager, they at least let my boys try on their suits. Hmm how much easier could that have gone if they did that to begin with?

Good experience! Got help with everything and then ordered online and it came really fast! The quality was good. Really have nothing wrong to say:)
