Scammers. Who asks and DEMANDS 200kover MSRP for a car (Mercedes G63). Doesn’t make a difference the model, what they are doing is insane. Been purchasing new vehicles for decades. This dealer wants to take advantage. “There are limited models due to What going on”. Mercedes should not allow this. Shame on them. Stay away and go to their competition. This should be price gouging and punishable. Owners and salesman trying to screw customers. I feel bad for other customers.

They don’t care.

I’m not telling you not to get a Mercedes Benz, personally I am enjoying my 2021 C300 with the amg package A lot! However as a young WOC, the moment I walked into this establishment I was already given funny looks and did not even end up getting helped until almost 2 hours after my arrival. I came here to get help with my Mercedes’ me account and even after providing all of my proper documentation such as DMV registration, the title for the car which is available on the MB website that I PULLED UP IN FRONT OF THEM they did not believe that this was my car and told me to “go wherever you got the car from”. So if you’re interested in getting a Mercedes check out Silver Star Motors in LIC y’all! The staff treats you with respect and actually value Mercedes customers overall. I am disappointed in this experience because every thing they asked for I provided to them. But it’s okay though I will never spend a dime at MB of Brooklyn and I’ll pass that on to everyone I know.

Horrible, I’m from Florida. I called them to buy a Mercedes GLC 300 put a deposit down. Then had my bank wire them the full amount for car. I was working with Mr. Petitto. For them to waste my whole day and I call back at 530pm and said car was sold to someone else. 3 business days later I’m still waiting on them to wire back funds for a car I never even got. Every time I call the manger Victor he tell me it’s nothing he can do. It’s out of his hands and it’s up to finance department? And that I need to just wait! Really? Worst experience ever with a Mercedes dealership. Very unprofessional and they don’t care about nothing but getting your money!

This place is absolutely wonderful. Show room looked amazing, very well organized. Great customer service, very helpful with car situations and any questions asked. If you ever have questions or need any help with service to your car you can turn to Jay the service manager. Hands down one of the best, knows what he’s doing!

Stay clear of this place. I came in last year to look at cars to purchase and the way they were so short with me made me feel such a way I didn’t want to purchase from them due to their snobbish attitude. Fine. I purchased my truck from another dealership for $43,500 cash. Couple months later it’s time for an oil change. I came in on 4/20/2021 & paid about $580. I had already planned to have some work done on my car by the warranty so I wanted to make sure I was ahead of any regular servicing to avoid any issues. I set up my appointment with my mechanic to get my car fixed through warranty and was told Mercedes recorded my mileage incorrectly by about 3000+ miles and is causing issues with the warranty. I came back to Mercedes on 6/8/2021 to rectify the situation and was told they would. They wasn’t trying to move it back too much from where it was at the point (I didn’t really care, just change it!) even though I explained to them AFTER my oil change I drove to Florida and back so I know what my mileage was (about 89,000) and it still wasn’t at the mileage they reported (93,000) 2 months and a trip to Florida later. Gave them ample time to fix the issue they did not. Today is 7/20/2021 and I had to contact them again yesterday. They transferred me to person to person’s voicemail and got nothing. They took my name and number and said they would call. About an hour later I received a text message from the last person who helped service me in person stating they would fix the problem by next month. Then a few minutes later another text saying they will update it next week. In the meantime I have waited 3 months to get my car fixed all because I paid Mercedes roughly $600 for an OIL CHANGE and they couldn’t even get the PAPERWORK right! 3 months later! Ridiculous, I am highly disappointed and unsatistified with the way they do business. First they treated me like I was too broke to be there, then took my money and sabotaged my paperwork while holding me up from fixing my truck due to their error. When trying to hold them accountable they sent me to voicemail, told me “managers on vacation”, “assistant manager is not available” and then send me a text message after saying they would give me a call with a resolution. If you want professionalism, to be treated like a human being and get what you paid for, I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

I was disappointed, I brought in a car with no faults to get some cosmetic scratches off. Got the car back with bunch of error codes that they wanted me to pay for which THEY caused. First diagnosis of 600 and then 1K of repairs for the error codes THEY caused when i bought the car for a paint job. I like the idea of doing repairs at dealerships but this is not a reputable one, they do a halfas job and just care about generating profit. Guys please do better make customers happy

I had an extremely bad experience with this establishment last week. Keep in mind this is happening while there is a shortage of vehicles due to some supply chain disruptions after COVID. My existing lease was coming up to an end, I went to MB of Brooklyn to lease a new GLA. Of course they made a big deal out of the inadequate supply/high demand, clicked and clicked, went to consult a manager and came up with a $805/month offer. I laughed and said it's too much and asked how much they mark up over MSRP. Giovanni (sales rep) said $5000. I said "thank you" and was already leaving. He made me wait for another 5 minutes while went to speak to the manager and said: "ok, realistic price will be in the high 600-s, if you decide to lease". Huh! Keep in mind the lease proposed was for 48 months. So, let's do simple math approximation. He just dropped $115/month for 48 months = over $5,000. I left and called another dealer, who offered a very similar vehicle ($1000 less MSRP) for exact same term for $606/month. That is another $4000 reduction! Isn't it insane? Of course, I signed the deal in a heart beat. And I am sure this second dealer is making money and taking advantage of the shortages and high demand too; but he is a decent person (s), not a crook. STAY AWAY from Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn; or always compare prices, do not assume anything. They will not think twice to take advantage of you as a customer. This is so low.

My experience with MB of Brooklyn was the best. My salesperson was Josue (Josh) I told him my budget, he showed me a few cars and suv's within my price range. He was very informative about each vehicle he showed me. I didn't feel pressured to get a car like most dealerships do. I ended up leasing a fully loaded C Class. Josh's expertise and customer service was beyond my expectations, and I would definitely recommend him.

My recent interaction with the body shop manager, Jay, was extravagant. Hr took the extra mile to walk me through everything that needed to be done step by step. He treats his customers as if they are family, made my recent accident seem like a walk in the park. This dealership will now be my goto place if any further issues appear on my vehicle. Made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in, I highly recommend asking for him next time you’re in a collision.

I had a 2016 Mercedes and my car wouldn’t start. So I took it to the dealership so I can see what’s wrong with it. The mechanics said my engine is gone and I would have to pay them $45,000 to replace it. I went to talk to the manager and he had a very bad attitude. I took the car to a third party mechanic and they got the car up and running perfectly fine for 2,500$. They also charged me $600 for the check up and when I went back they wouldn’t give me my money back even tho there check up was incorrect.

I highly recommend sales person Jason Revere to anyone who’s interested in getting a car. He worked with me throughout the entire process and kept me informed, his customer service is amazing and he doesn’t leave customers unsatisfied I’m happy with my purchase. Thank you MBOB!

Clean and spacious. The purchase went smoothly mostly. The staff is great, but a little pushy when it comes to leaving reviews, which was the only negative in the whole process.

Also, another tiny negative, is after such a big purchase no additional gift/present was given. Usually, with such large purchases, dealerships give some sort of merchandise to appreciate the buyer.

Jay Mulic, body shop manager, was amazing! He took customer service to another level. I was in an accident and he made fixing my car like a walk in the park. He dealt with the insurance company and handled everything for me. I will forever be grateful! He made me feel so comfortable and he did everything with such pleasure. I leased my car from Jerry and had an immediate bond with him as a salesman and then as a friend. He was able to get the vehicle I wanted and at the price I wanted to pay. It took a little negotiating but he didn't stop trying until I was happy. Go see Jerry if you want a car. I drove it home the very next day.
