Dropped off my vehicle for service. They did a great job and did everything they said they would. Max in service was great.

Our recent experience at MB of Rochester with James Jones was wonderful. We have been working with James for decades. As always he really puts our interests first. All in all, it was a great experience!

Engine light code was for a faulty PCV valve on our 2018 GLC 300. Cost of parts & labor was covered under Certified Pre Owned warranty. Dealer supplied a 2022 GLC loaned over the weekend. Excellent communication with all encountered staff.

Max was very patient, honest, and seemed to have my best interest in mind. It was a pleasant experience from the check in to the advisor to the service department (this has not always been the case.) really appreciated it, will definitely continue to do business at this location.

Absolute terrible experience with this dealership. I have never done business like this anywhere before.myself and my partner had a custom ordered vehicle here, left a deposit and even waited over a year for a vehicle and they decided to sell this vehicle to somebody else AFTER taking our money! This is not how an establishment like such should ever do business. I would take caution when purchasing a car with these guys
