The employees from this business test drive their customers vehicles and their own personal vehicles by speeding up and down Rose Avenue in a residential neighborhood where children play and residents walk. This is an everyday occurrence which creates a great risk of harm to everyone, especially the young children who ride their bicycles around the neighborhood. We will be making a formal complaint to the Village and the Town. No need to wait until they injure one of our kids. Slow down and test drive the cars on non-residential streets like Pennisula Blvd or the highway which are a couple blocks from this business. If you get your vehicle serviced here and your car is used in a reckless manner on residential roads and it causes injury to a third party, be prepared for a lawsuit.

I'm not sure of the name of the valet guy that helped me but he went above and beyond for me. Also the woman in the front was really sweet she made sure that I was comfortable the whole time I was there.

The customer service here is horrible. I won’t recommend this location to anyone. They would need to re-staff and re-train this location in order to achieve great customer service. Let’s just say if you drop off your car for service then you won’t see your car until two weeks or so. And they didn’t even provide a loaner.

I dropped the car off on Tuesday afternoon. Was told the car be ready by Thursday. Never heard from anyone Wednesday. When we called on Thursday we were told by Ruth our service agent that the car will be ready Friday. This is for a simple rim replacement. The brakes were also squeaking. I was told Thursday that the pads were fine but there is some defect regarding the ceramic surrounding them. Mercedes does not stand behind that and they wanted us to pay to replace them. I passed. Called on Friday to get an update on the car. Was told that Ruth was out of the office. Asked to speak to somebody that was assisting her. Was put from voicemail to voicemail. Called late Friday afternoon finally got somebody on the phone who told me the car is not ready. Called again Saturday morning. Got put to voicemail. Had to go to the service center. Spoke to Vinny who told me they were working on the car and it would be ready within two hours. Received a call from Ruth an hour later telling me that the rim did not come in and the car would not be ready until Monday. The poorest execution, communication I’ve ever had with any business. Amazing to me that they can operate this way. Very poorly run. Looking forward to receiving their survey.

The receptionist and service are very friendly and courteous. George especially is very to the and does push unnecessary service or repairs on you

I had my car towed to Mercedes-benz of Rockville Centre service center. I told the tow truck company to ask for the service advisor I spoke to on the phone. No one  from MBRVC called me to tell me that they received the car. When I called the service center to figure out what was going on I was told there was no record that my vehicle had been received. I then asked to speak to the service advisor and was told they left for the day call back tommorow. I told them i need to know where my car is today because if its not there I need to file a police report. I spoke to several people then finally the service manager drove through the lot and found my car. My car was there for 2 and 1/2 weeks and there were no loaner cars available. It wasn't diagnosed until the 2nd week. The service advisor was very difficult to reach and never called me with any updates. When I called for updates people acted annoyed. I spoke to the service manager asked for a new service advisor but didn't get one. I was extremely frustrated for 2 and 1/2 weeks with no car. The 2 star is because they got my car to start. I don't think they understand that people rely on their car to get to work, run errands, use in emergencies and etc or maybe they do and dont care. Rude and inconsiderate.

They said i wasn’t covered but they never put the claim through, i called my warranty company and the told me that Mercedes never called them, bad business for them

Marlon. L went the extra yard on the phone then did the touch down in person to get me a key not a regular key but a key for a 1971 250c mercedes and I appreciate the extra effort from him when other mercedes dealers said they would get back and never did shame on them.rockville center mercedes benz forever.

Bad customer service, horrible follow up.
The last time I was here my car was diagnosed incorrectly and thousands of dollars were misspent. I called my rep to inform them that my car was still not running properly and I NEVER got a call back. I wound up getting rid of that specific Mercedes shortly after.
Most expensive car washes ever.
Do yourselves a huge favor and stay away!

Tried to charge me $998 for brake pads. They said brake pads were 75-80% worn out and need new ones. I brought it to two different places and both said they were only %50 worn-out. Will never bring my car back there again. They don't even rotate your tires on oil changes.
