I don't know how to react to this. You you said that you approved like a merchant advance. But as as normal it never came. When you call there the people that answer the phone they go into all these diatribes about what are you calling about they don't even know what this is you can't really talk to your representative. I mean who's in charge there it feels like I'm calling like a farm. And they just have animals working there. So I don't know we're continuing this account. But it's just doesn't seem to get anything done nobody calls you back we're not o
Facebook we're not in high school we're people remember the people that are paying you six seven and eight hundred dollars a month for processing.

This place is terrible. They don't care if your business is harmed by their equipment not working. There is no urgency to help when necessary. Their only focus is to collect your money. They have been fraudulently billing me for one system I cancelled services on because it was no longer needed. Another system under lease and insured by them malfunctioned and their IT said needed replaced, but can not get them to do anything. No one gets back with you, no follow-up. Have had to stop payment and report as fraud to my bank because they are in serious breach of contract.
There is no phone number to their legal department, just an email to which no one responds. Negative 1 billion stars if I could. This place is just awful. Find someone else, anyone else.

Smoke Shop in Asbury Park loves Reshard and his product. Very simple if you don’t want to pay the fee then pay cash. It’s a win win for me and my business. Best move I made as a business owner and all my friends are reaching out to Reshard for the same hook up.

I own a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gym and love the technology Reshard had to offer. The Virtual Terminal is awesome. I use it to set up my recurring membership. I am the only Kosher Chinese Restaurant in my area. When Reshard 1st approached me about passing the fee onto the customer, I was hesitant. But it worked out a lot better than expected. I save a lot of money monthly with his program.

My brother and I own Pizza Heaven in Belmar, NJ. We had toast and was okay with it until Reshard came in and showed us the JK POS. The transition from toast to the JK was seamless. He made sure our current menu was uploaded to the JK before it was installed. He stood for hours helping us fine tune everything. We are very happy with everything and all his help. Everyone deserves to have a rep like Reshard.
