This company needs to be closed down. There's no excuse for the incompetence and unprofessional service that this dive of a company offers. I will be contacting my mother's MLTC to file a complaint against this vendor. I can't even rate this place with a half-star.

12/9/2022 I cannot even provide an actual score, even 1 star is too much. The rudeness and lack of professionalism and respect of the man who picked up the bed, oxygen and other equipment from my house is beyond words. He came into my home and did not even have the courtesy to introduce himself and remained on a personal call as he entered my home and when I called him on it to explain what he was picking up, he began to yell and tell me he could speak to whoever he wanted to and was refusing to take the equipment. Until I told him to contact his supervisor. This is all 2 days after the death of my mother. The customer service for this company is horrible. No one should be treated in this fashion. And it should not be allowed nor tolerated.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR. THEY ARE RUDE, PROVIDE SUB OPTIMAL PRODUCTS AND THEY TELL YOU THEY ARE DELIVERING EVERYDAY AND NOTHING COMES. SONIA (SUPERVISOR) PROMISES TO CALL YOU BACK NEVER DOES. DO NOT USE THIS COMANY! REVIEW IS FROM A SEASONED HOME CAR NURSE WHO WAS DIRECTOR OF HOME CARE SERVICES!

This company is disgusting they never are on time and always use the same excuse that they are short drivers, well if that is the case why don’t they call and let you know that from the morning and not have you waiting all day. People have to rearrange their work reschedule and Mercy needs to take that into consideration. If the nurse & myself did not call we would not have known they would not be here in the window given which was 10am to 2pm now they are saying 5pm. They did the same thing a few years ago with my dad, and the hospice nurse also said they constantly do this. No wonder they have a rating of 1.9 stars, I would give them 0 if I could. The staff does not care they are indifferent and they say there is nothing they could do, if it was their family member I would like to see how they would like it! Get it together if you know you are short staffed have the common sense and to rework the schedule and the courtesy to call people to let them know. A person that is dying should not have to suffer one minute more than they should and family that has a terminal family member does not need the added stress put on them. Treat people the way you want to be treated, respect the patient & respect the family remember it could be you one day! The delivery/installer was respectful and apologetic, he was the only one that seemed to care at all.

It is unbelievable how rude the staff are. They truly lack any type of profession or phone etiquette. It always seems like they are disturbed or bothered when a client calls. They need some serious retraining. Apparently when I called to complain no manager was available to speak and I was advised to call in two weeks. Does that mean they have no manager or oversight for two weeks? How is that possible? What if something really happens? When I asked to speak to corporate the woman said “this is corporate”. Today was my last straw. I just don’t understand why every single month for the past several years I have to go through the same thing. Ghetto establishment.

AVOID this company at all costs. They do not care about what they do or how the people who rely on supplies are impacted by their complete ineptitude. They simply do not care. Find another supplier.

Please please please avoid this supplier! They LOST my prescription! Absolutely unprofessional and rude - everyone that I spoke with just doing the absolute bare minimum. Argumentative as well. Please call ANYONE else for your supplies!

Jennifer needs to have a better attitude when speaking to patient.
This pharmacy needs to stop sending peoples less thru USPS as it get lost in the mail & they aren’t reliable for it. She also claimed that Scott is a manager who another employee claim that Scott no longer works there.
Who ever management is, needs to fire Jennifer. She is rude, disrespectful & speaks over your voice. You my dear are clearly in the wrong profession.
Terrible pharmacy…

This company deserves NO STARS. They have no hearts! Not Scott and not Kathy. They call themselves Mercy Home? Shame on them! Helping people who are sick is not their priority. They should be ashamed of themselves for their customer service.

I was quoted one price for supplies and after receiving the items I was charged 2 more times a week apart from eachother on my business CC. Do not give them your CC numbers thats what I get for trusting them

They're not helpful. They're stalling you off continuously. If you are lucky, you can only get your supplies after days of phone calls, but, not correct ones. It is a kind of torture for desperate patients!

Called the company to pick up oxygen tanks after my mother passed. They said they had no record of supplies and it has to belong to someone else. There stuff is. Labeled and all they do is stall and lie

They sometimes fail to keep their promises or intentionally do not keep the promise. The supplies qualities are not bad but never on time. Customer service sometimes great sometime they’re rude and disrespectful. Overall I cannot give them 5* but 3*!
