Unprofessional customer service make me come to the office two hours before my appointment so they can take me right away since they are slow meanwhile I did my blood test right away and I spent two hours in the room waiting for the doctor

I had an indirect interaction with this office and to produce a physical form for a client, it has been taking them 2 months with 2 doctor’s visits to the clinic, 10x plus phone calls, and many emails. The patient needs her physical form to work but they are unprofessional and don’t care enough to sign a simple form for her. The doctor’a name is Tarek Rammah. This is very unfortunate, especially at this time. People are losing their jobs due to the pandemic and to experience this!

I've been coming here for about 5 years, the 2nd star is only because Dr. Hussein is good. The doctors are professional, though don't spend much time with each patient, which I sort of understand because they're busy. Speaking of being busy, there's almost always a long wait. The receptionists are often rude and seem extremely inconvenienced when you ask them to do their job. I'm not a difficult person. But when the doctor gives me a prescription I expect it to be sent to the pharmacy on record ASAP. They literally don't send prescriptions unless you ask them to sometimes, and sometimes the receptionists will send your prescriptions to two different pharmacies. You need refills on the same medications you've been taking for years? After six months you're out of luck, because if you don't see the doctor every six months they will refuse to refill your prescriptions.

Dr. Hussain is honestly the most professional and knowledgeable doctor I have seen & I have seen many! Clean clinic and friendly staff

The doctor is obviously putting all responsibility on this one poor girl in the front desk and hence the reason she is putting all callers on hold waiting for 10 min at a time without even saying hello. I can tell this doctor is abusive to his workers. Awful waiting times because this doctor is obviously cheap and using few people to handle an extreemly high amount of work

Both Dr Ramah and Dr Hussein are great doctors, staff are amazing, , great results, great customer services

I know doctor Husein for over 18 years, great doctor, always talks to his patients and makes them informed & educated them. He utilizes the latest in medical field. Place is clean & convenience. He's highly recommended.

problem is the main desk.don't know how to talk.she's really rude.and nasty attitude.

Doc barely talks to you. Just walks in with his iPad Pro, taps away, and then leaves. Have to PRY info and words out of him. Do not recommend.
