Have to give a big shout out to James Kropp. This man is a true proffesional. Not a sales guy at all. He works within your budget to give you the best deal. I have reccomended him to 6 other friends and family memebers and ALL bought cars. It says alot. Latest car is a 2023 Wrangler and my Wife loves it. Go see james, you will thank me later!

Alfredo and Greg help me so much There was no bait and switch I had with other dealers. The price was the price quoted on the internet. They gave me quick, personal, and professional service.

I came in with a car lease that was at its end, and turned it in to finance a pre owned certified pick up with MERRICK JCDR. Everything from customer service to the atmosphere was so inviting. I was there for a vehicle.no games. Everything was straight forward and this dealership has a great VIP program. Any issues they are quick to fix and using them as your one stop shop you get to know the gang and visa versa. Alfredo was my pre-owned sales representative. He was very upfront about any and all costs, every step of the way he was sure to make me a priority and was very kind. Greg (finance manager) worked with me to get me to the numbers I was comfortable with and made negotiating a breeze. They both have a very kind and caring personality that made the experience well worth it. There was no pressure at all no sales BS or gimmicks. I felt very fortunate to have stopped in here on a whim. I would highly recommend this dealership and my sales person Alfredo. Ohh. And always go for the extra warranty!

I've bought many cars in the past and recently one from Merrick Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram. Without a doubt, this was the best car purchase experience I've ever had and this is a big deal considering all the challenges the industry is currently facing. Patrick in sales was great from the beginning; from the test drive to finding the exact car we wanted to keeping us in the loop of where our car was in the manufacturing process. Pat and his manager proactively arranged a loaner car when he realized things were taking longer than expected (due to parts shortages).
Lisa the sales manager helped behind the scenes. Bill Ballan the GM, worked hard to make sure the car would arrive in time for our needs by constantly being in touch with the Chrysler factory. Greg in finance found us the best loan deal that was available. Trading in my old car was seamless and the price was fair. I've never seen such a cohesive team work together to make a sale happen.
Our car arrived in perfect polished condition. I will 1000% be recommending this team and dealership to friends and family.

I had the BEST experience from the moment I entered into this car dealership up until the day I left with my brand New Jeep! I dealt with Wayne in sales who was so professional, courteous, , and so so nice! He helped me build the Jeep of my dreams! I also dealt with Greg the Business manager who made negotiating such a breeze! Greg is also such a professional manager with a great personality to deal with the public! He helped me with fitting the right payments into my budget. I have never left a car dealership so pleased and needless to say I am LOVING my new ride! Don't lease with this dealer if it leasing company is Fusion Auto Financing. I purchased a RAM 1500 from Merrick Dodge Chrysler Jeep and now i am in the process of turning it in and I'm getting raked over the coals by the leasing company they used. None of this was explained to me when i purchased the lease. I was another number to them and they basically pushed me through the process without warning me about all the additional fees i would have to pay this company at turn in. And the truck is in excellent condition. Fusion is charging me a disposition fee of $400 to cover the expense of cleaning and selling the vehicle even though it is cleaned and it will sell for way more then the remaining balance. Think long and hard when purchasing a lease from this dealer. I have purchased / leased many vehicles and this experience has been the worst. Will never go to them again and will never refer them.

Had a great experience with Keri. Because of my crazy schedule i had to do a lot of communication via EMAIL & TEXT.there communication was amazing! I got the exact car i wanted at a fair price, the paperwork was all done by the time i got there, insurance, registration the whole 9.it was one of the smoothest transactions I have ever done. I am coming back in the near future to get my sister an SUV*

As the owner of a local business that fully appreciates positive customer relations, and understands how important that is for a local business, it's shameful that I am forced post this much negative feedback, unless it's so terrible, I feel obligated to do so.
My experience with Merrick Dodge, is BY FAR the worst I have ever encountered by any service company, irregardless of the profession. Not only has their past service history been a horror show, they now added a new phase of terrible people skills, in the, "I could care less about your problem" customer relations, that I was just told by their new service manager "Bill" on the telephone.
I have purchased new cars from Merrick Dodge going back to the mid 2000's, with multiple Mopar service contracts, once in 2005, and the most recent in 2017.
With the contract I recently purchased in 2017, at a substantial markup, I was PROMISED any malfunction for this car, even though it was not purchased from them (I bought it preowned, at a great price from a Chevy dealer) I would be provided a loaner.
I have a history of using their loaners for services I needed under the same contract for over three years.
The contract I have, in writing states, loaners will be provided when available for any malfunction for my car. I usually would have to wait for a loaner to become available, that was not a problem for me.
Now, Merrick Chrysler has decided to renege on their obligation to offer loaners for their past contract customers, irregardless of WHAT IS STATED ON THEIR OWN LETTERHEAD.
The thing is, I'm in the service business, and I would not mind so much, if I had faith their service department, can actually determine a problem quickly, and own up to a failure, but I cannot, as I had to bring my car in for transmission service OVER TEN TIMES IN THE PAST. I told them based on my past skills as an auto mechanic the problem was the transmission. Eventually the transmission was replaced, that took nearly two years!
Recently after multiple phone calls to them, and now reporting them to Chrysler, I will be forced to take them to small claims court with my signed contract, that states I am eligible for loaners, and recoup the extra money I paid for this HORRIBLE service and now Horrible customer relations.
All I can say is, buyer beware.
I can assure you, if I have to write this, given over thirty years experience in the service industry, they are, without a doubt, un-trust worthy, not friendly and could less about their customers.

Worst dealership I’ve ever been to.
Greg in finance.wow. 1st he spoke to just my fiancée even though I was buying the car and my fiancée even said that he had nothing to do with this transaction. Second he kept trying to push financing on me, i shouldn’t have to explain why I am buying this outright. Lastly and the most egregious error, he gave me the WRONG bank account information for the wire transfer. Luckily my financial advisor caught it! I almost sent over 30k to the wrong account!

The fun doesn’t stop there though.

I had to call them once my temp registration got close to expiring. Whomever deals with that said that they sent it out but the address must have been wrong and got sent back to them, so you don’t call me? I ended up getting a ticket for expired registration and luckily was able to have my fiancée pick it up. It was totally unnecessary had they just reached out to me in a timely manner.

The only ray of sunshine in this place is Geoffrey in sales. He’s fantastic, literally a gem of a man and is the only reason I didn’t pull out of the sale after my interaction with Greg.
