Mesbah OB/GYN, Garden City NY

This is my 3rd time here and each time I sit in the waiting room for a MINIMUM of 45 minutes past my appointment time. Once I finally get called into the back I will wait another 30 minutes in a room to be seen by the doctor. The staff is friendly once you are seen but if you value your time in any way or don't have hours on end to spend waiting around a doctors office I'd strongly recommend finding another OBGYN. I will be following my own advice and switch doctors.

Staff extremely warm and friendly, Dr. Silva was thorough and answered all my questions. I was in and out in 1 hr, so the wait time was wonderful.

I haven’t been to a obgyn in…. Ever. I was very nervous but dr Silva was very kind, fast and professional. I don’t have any anxiety about my return visit next year. Thank you so much!

The office is a little old school and paper based but front desk, nurses and staff are all very friendly, responsive and skilled. Although my appointment have been changed twice I started as a new patient, wait time was very reasonable majority of my visits. I was a new patient of Dr Silva for my first pregnancy and she automatically made me feel comfortable. I always walked out of the office smiling as she has a very bright and energetic personality.

My delivery went as planned and recovery was quick with no major complications. It was due to Dr Mesbah and Dr Silva providing excellent care throughout my pregnancy. Also have to add that NPs there are excellent as well!

I was very pleased with my visit to
Dr. Mesbah today. He listened to my complaint read the information that I brought with me. Examined me and explained in detail my next step. I feel very fortunate that I was referred to Dr. Mesbah. He even advised me that if I wanted him to speak to any of my other doctors he would. Who offers that in todays medical system. He had total concern for me as a patient, Very rare in todays computer driven medical system. I highly recommend Dr. Mesbah.

Dr Mesbah is very patient and kind. Normally going for a gynecological visit is uncomfortable but he makes it quick and as painless as possible and he is very thorough. I feel like he really listens to my concerns and needs. He has the nicest staff from the front office to the assistants in the room with you. I Would highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr. Mesbah for over 27 years. He is knowledgeable, professional, and patient. I would recommend him to anyone. I had fibroid surgery with him.

The office is nice, but a little outdated. I had to fill out new patient forms on paper which was very time consuming and a bit archaic in 2023. There's no patient portal either, in case you're the kind of person who likes having easy access to message your physicians.

Dr. Silva is really thoughtful and patient. I came in for testing and was told I would receive my results in less than a week. It's been two weeks and still no call from any provider. I ended up calling l the front desk for my results. Kind of disappointing because I liked the doctor a lot.

While I don’t like going to the gynecologist when I see Dr. Brenda, she has a way of making you feel relaxed. She does not rush you and it is always a good experience. I highly recommend her. Additionally the nurses and staff are also very nice there as well.

My initial visit went well. The provider who saw me was respectful, competent and patient. She was very professional. She took time to listen to my complaints, she gave me clear explanations pertaining to my condition and she did give helpful recommendations. I would refer other patients to Dr Mesbah's office anytime. I plan to return to the office for fllow up visits.
