On initial interaction- no complaints -
I purchased a temporary optional product- “construction insurance “ upon completion - there was no Liens against the property -again making insurance optional. When I called to cancel the construction insurance and questioned being told that I could not without another insurance policy/ company to submit the request is was met
With a rather sarcastic disrespectful response saying basically - that’s is just how it is, I am not repeating myself. Somehow that did not constitute an explanation that made sense and one might understand the rational, nor was it good customer service. As for me- I will seek out other agencies for my insurance needs.

I recently attempted to do my own research in obtaining quotes for home and car insurance. After much frustration, my brother encouraged me to call the Mesi Agency. Best decision ever. The knowledge, professionalism and kindness was outstanding. I will recommend them to my family and friends without hesitation. Thank you Nicole for everything!

The owner of this company is absolutely appalling and rude! I would never recommend anybody do business with them regardless of how cheap their policies are! I wasn't receiving my monthly bill at my new address for whatever reason and he took it upon himself to scold me in front of his staff telling me he is not a babysitter! He has no professionalism whatsoever! Even his secretary had to apologize to me for his behavior! Just because it's cheap doesn't mean it's good!
