If I could give no stars I would, but unfortunately I don’t have that option, as I didn’t have the option to pay this bill from this company because I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL, EMAIL OR LETTER! The ONLY reason I found out about this is because I looked at my credit report and you have me as derogatory for a $68.00 bill! (which we’re working with SSD for it)

This place is one of the most unprofessional collection services I have ever experienced. Not only do that make it nearly impossible to resolve your account they fail to simply return your call in order to speak to a representative in regards to your account. However if you do receive a call back youll be treated absolutely horribly, yelled at, and hung up on. I currently have a case opened against this company in regards to this, how is anyone supposed to resolve a debt issue when the service team and representatives will treat you rudely and refuse to speak to you for simply requesting information on your own account? ! Absolutely disgusted that this place is considered a professional collections agency.

Helped resolve a billing error with unexpected ease. I truly thought I was heading down a path of battles and damage to my son's credit. They needed just a few bits of information and the issue was resolved in 24 hours. Thank you MetCredit USA!

Absolutely horrible experience. Won’t return calls. They answer if you want to pay but won’t answer for anything else. Don’t pay them as you won’t get anything as confirmation and they won’t answer your questions or call you back. Weeks I have been calling to no avail. A joke

What a joke of a company. They gladly report a tiny bill to your credit but make it impossible to pay said bill. I’ve been playing phone tag with them for over a month now. The only way I’d be able to pay it is if I have an “account number” but they don’t send any mail with any information just robots call you. Dear met credit, ROBOTS DONT SOLVE EVERYTHING

I’ve had almost $10,000 that a tenant owed me that I couldn’t collect on no matter what I did. Once I contacted MetCredit USA, Matt and the team found the debtor and enforced the income execution. I am just a few short payments away from the full amount being paid. Amazing team, amazing people, amazing service.

Pretty good with getting patients to clear accounts that they wouldn't respond to otherwise. Communication is above average for a corporation.

We use Met Credit for our collections and they are awesome! Always available when we need them and just super friendly!

These guys are insane. I had insurance problems which got solved and these guys keep calling for 30 bucks which i already paid.
They never pick up the call. Sent a check they never cashed it and keep calling. I double paid by going on their website but i still get calls.

I work for a medical billing company and Met Credit is the collection agency we use. They have always been very professional and do a great job with debt collecting. Laurie Desantis is great to work with and very prompt in answering any questions I may have. Highly recommend them!

The lady I spoke with on the phone was rude. She carried a very negative tone and bossy dominant type character. I was only making contact to find out why my updated credit report showed the same collection falling off in one name and being put back on in the name the previous was bought out from, and doesn't even show that it's paid in full. Anyhow I was unhappy and she would rather downgrade and yell, rather than assure me it was infact taken care of and would fall off soon.
