16I have been a MetroPCS customer for nearly 10 years now. I have never encountered so many issues with MetroPCS as much as I have faced this year, but Claudia at the Broadway location in Brooklyn, NY reminded me yesterday in why I am still with MetroPCS. She offered the best plan that would accommodate myself as well as my father who is in the line with me a great deal and to top it off we walked out satisfied and receiving 0% of difficulty with a LG Style 5. This phone and its features as well as the help from Claudia has made a huge difference in our work performance the entire day. Thank you to workers like Claudia that not only go to work just to work, but go to work to make a true difference. Thank you again Claudia.
I went everywhere else but nobidy was selling replacement LG Stylo 4 stylus' but i came here a nice man was able to give me one free of charge!
The staff is very helpful and took care of all of my needs. Also very patient as well as polight. They help me get the phone that is right for me.
Had to leave this store after trying to purchase headphones. The employee seemed confused and kept walking back and forth. After nearly 6 mins of watching this man walk back and forth I decided it was time for me to leave. I was then told I have to use the side door instead of the one I came in through to make the count easy. It was less than 5 people in the store. Complete waste of time.

Waited for an hour and half, they wanted to make changes on my fathers account just because we wanted to activated a phone. Which makes no sences because i have the same phone that we wanted to activated it and when we activated my phone there was no problem at all.
Had a small problem with my phone's internal storage. I saw a customer service representative immediately and my problem was solved within 15 minutes. When I entered 97% of my storage was used. When I left only 81% was used. So I went from 3% available to having 19% storage available.
This is one of the best METRO PCS store there is, go to a CORPORATE STORE do not go to an AUTHORIZED DEALER. THANK YOU METRO
The MetroPCS Corporate Store is located on Broadway in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY (769 Broadway). It's accessible by bus (B46, B47) and by train (J, Z). The customer service there is far more superior than at the regular stores and they have a better selection of phones.
My husband had my card at the time of buying a phone, the sales man told him he wasn’t able to use a debit card that wasn’t his, but forgot to mention that there was a chase bank around the block where he could debit some cash. Seems like he really didn’t care about doing the sale at all. Sloppy.
The store was very friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions about tge phone, very professional.

If I call to ask if you have a handset in stock and the first thing I hear is that "you don't give prices over the phone" when your companies website cleary states the prices, there's something questionable going on at this location.

Sometimes it's a long unnecessary wait, but when its your turn they are a great help answering all your questions. The security guy has been there for ages, strange fellow.
