They was very good I got my whole family a phone I got my daughter the Galaxy 11 I got my son the Galaxy a21 and they were really affordable and price range and I like that my bill is $114 for both of the phones I forgot his name he was ready family orientated very respectful and I love the store

This main office is very unprofessional and rude
they dont check security if you give them $20 they will add you to anyone account

This is the worst corporate store that I have ever dealt with. The staff and the management need to be trained a lot better. They have no certousity for the customers that are coming on to get help with there products brought from them and they act like you owe them something.
When you go into the store to get assistance with a problem, they get an attitude with you and I realize they don't do the Spanish people this way. I don't think it's fair.
They surely need more training or another job.
They don't respect the consumers the way they should. Someone from the corporate HQ needs to come and investigate the way the store is being ran.

Worse place in the Bronx. They're untrained & unprofessional. They're too hood for me.
