Metro by T-Mobile reviews
13 I used to like very much this place and found the people who worked there knowledgeable and friendly, and always recommended them to others.
But on my recent visit, I was really surprised to see the huge drop in service quality and the so-called "customer service! " manners.
The extreme lack of knowledge, courtesy and very very loud music combined make this place one to avoid at all costs and that's very unfortunate as Metro PCS has only a few locations in the city.
Wow customer service is great at this MetroPCS corporate store. I gave them hell and they stayed professional and answered every question I ask. I questioned them on cell phones, plans, tablets and home internet services. The manager of the store was excellent she was patient with me and the staff where respectable and cordial. Your not going to get this kind of service in most stores nowadays. The store is clean and easily located on Lexington across from the 6th train. I rather go to this store then in my own borough. Given this store 5 Star rating for great service which is extremely hard to find in any phone store.
I was assisted by a gentleman name Kelvin. He resolved my problem, he knew exactly what he was doing and he provided great customer service. I was also served by the supervisor name Eddily she greeted me with a smile and welcomed me to the store. She made sure all problems was solve. Thank you metro for your great service and employees
Thank U for managers.like the one whom took care of me this morning at Metro T-MOBILE.
He excellently handled my problem and resolved my issue. More gentleman, like him should be working, not only at Metro, but at other stores such as yours. Thank you, and thank him for me!
I had an issue with my insurance but Oscar so happened to be there today, a new face and he was delightful.i wish Metro could get more sales persons like him! Thanks again
Very enjoyable and exciting metro by T-Mobile and Metro PCs your the best keep up the good work go metro!
It's really sad and frustrating how these people couldn't or wouldn't help an 85 years old man who needed help downloading apps to the new phone he bought at this same store. What kind of customer service are you people providing?
The staffs are friendly and the manager Jennesen was very helpful when l had a problem with my account she resolved it quickly. This location was Lexington Ave and E 115 Street in Spanish Harlem.
I have never had a bad experience at this location. They are all pleasant but I always seem to land with Christopher. I'm not easy to deal with but he goes above and beyond any and all expectations
Poor customer service they show favoritism they don’t won’t to give money back and they don’t answer their phone’s
The flagship store for Metro PCS on 116th Street and lexington is where I choose to do my phone shopping and upgrades. The staff is very knowledgeable and always go the extra mile to be of help. I recommend this place to everyone.
I understand Metro is trying to keep cost down. Cutting back on employees salaries is one to cut cost.
Metro must realise that they cut salaries they will not be able to hire responsible, educated Adults to work as Managers, especially as night Managers.
By doing this Metro is cutting their own throats.
Metro customers and service members are not receiving the service they are paying for.
Whenever customers don't feel they are receiving the Customer care they are paying for. They will definitely switch cell phone providers.
Metro needs to hire Adult managers that know how to treat their clients in a more Professional way.
Mario, the Retail Associate Manager, is a awesome guy. He's made my transactions simple and enjoyable. I'll be grateful when my original store on 125th and Adam Clayton Powell (7th Avenue) reopens.
