5Had some problems with connection with the charger on my phone. I came into this store and Brenda helped me get a new phone. A few days later my phone came in and Maria helped me set it up. Great customer service. I highly recommend this store.
Maria and Brenda were very helpful, they went above and beyond to help a lot time customer, if it wasn't for them I would not have my phone or my information from my previous phone, and I recommend this store, five stars for them Iwill invite other people to come to this store. Very grateful for their service and, I'll remain a loyal customer to metro just because of their great customer service.
Very good customer service, great experience and very helpful people at this locations, I was able to get a very good deal onmyphone, would definitely go back 100%
It has no return policy and employees are very drastic and shout at customers. Please do not buy anything in this place to avoid being scammed.
