Metro by T-Mobile, Woodside NY

This is the worst MetroPcs in NY, avoid it. The sales reps are scammer, they tried to up charge me double for an old phone and add extra items to my reciept thinking I would not notice. I asked for a revised itemized receipt and still different charges for their scam. I had to call corporate and then visit a corporate store, after they verified that the location was indeed scamming me. They confirmed that they had issues in the past with the store and the corporate store helped me resolve it. Please avoid Katherine and Sergio, the Manager, they are both deceitful. I was finally able to get a refund after escalating to corporate once more. It is a shame they are scamming their own.

Alejandro is a liar. Made me waste my time. I called the store asking for any iPhone available he said they had them at the store. When I walked in (around 1/1: 30pm) he tells me the phone will be at the store by 3/3: 30pm I told him I couldn’t wait. He then called someone and told me phone would be at the store 2: 10/2: 15 I said ok. I waited there till 2: 45pm and no phone. Then he tells me someone sent a picture of the box so we can start doing the activation. Which at that point I was mad. I told him if the phone gets here by 2: 50 I’ll do it otherwise I would like my refund. The time came and I got upset because they wasted my time and they were going back and forth not knowing we’re the phone was. At the end phone arrived but I didn’t want it no more and alejando told me I was gonna lose my number if he does the refund. They lied and they were mean once they knew I wasn’t gonna purchase the phone. Bad experience.

I'm at 61001 on Woodside Avenue and I'm here with my phone that I had to have paid had to pay but every time I come to the store there's a girl name Juliana she's so helpful she's like 23 I'm like 75 almost Richie 23 and I don't know half the time and is so nice and so sweet that I wanted to say to you her company that I appreciate them and thank you for having sweet people like her that are not mean to old people and my name is Theresa O'Connor and I live in Woodside thank you very much

I switch from boost to metro and the young lady give a very very nice samsung phone for free, she did everything for me, im happy with my new phone and im gonna come back with my mom to get a phone for her!

I came here at 12pm today to get their service and the lady closed the store right before I arrived, when I asked when she is going to open the store she replied “tomorrow at 11am in the morning”.

Very nice costumer service, Yuliana the new girl is so cute, always help me and attends to all your needs with courtesy. Very happy with my new phone;)

Excellent service. The new guy help me to port my number to Metro and gave a great deal.i'll send my friends and family there.

Such nice people that work here. Was glad I came here and bought two new phones just now. Great price and great new plans. I love the way isel attended me, she also speak English /Spanish
