They have a tendency to lie in order to get a sale I purchased a phone I found our later from the 611 call that I paid $160 more than the phone was being sold for due to a sale or promotion. I go back 3 days later, and no one knows the gentleman whose code is on my receipt that sold me the phone? They always have a big employee turnover. No one stays for long. I'd give no stars if I could.

I came yesterday to the store I found the agent Jeff he doesn’t want to help me I really don’t like it.

First of all, the cards with the phone prices show a retail price and an upgrade price. I went to UPGRADE my old phone because I had an UPGRADE available, and the guy told me the UPGRADE price was for new customers and quoted me a much higher price. Shouldn't the price posting say "for switching customers" instead of "upgrade? ". How incredibly misleading is that? It's BLATANT FALSE ADVERTISING. Either that, or I just got ripped off. On top of it, I was provided a charging adapter with no charging cord! What good is an adapter if I DON'T HAVE A CORD TO PLUG IT INTO.

Everyone here is very nice. I am so thankful for everyone that has helped me on each visit.

The phone was super expensive. I was very disappointed to pay $280 for a revleb; but it was a birthday gift.
