Christian messed up my upgrade now I'm stuck with a broken phone and no upgrade til March of next year. I'm livid and they don't answer their phone.
The operators were very rude.
We asked for the manager and he didn’t want to meet us.
I was robbed by metro pcs authorized dealer by selling the promotion 200% more than the corporate.
We came in for information, nothing.
Very rude people
Went here to exchange my phone as per warranty. They started the process, and cheked my phone, which was not making any sound. Could not finalize the process, as i had to pick up the phone within 7 days of arrival to the store, and I was going to be out of town. When I came back, they did not change my phone, as it was making sound again, even though I explained sound was going on and off. Now I have to come back when, in the middle of a call, my sound goes off, so they can see it happen.
There's a worker there named Steven he was very polite and helpful for now on I'm going to that store and asking for him I was there yesterday doing a port over and he helped reassure me I came to the right company and was telling me about how plans work, adding lines to your plan when you want work he made sure he gave me all the information I need he answered questions I didnt even think to ask and didn't have to either that store is no where near where I live I just so happend to be in that area and I will take a bus there everytime I need something if I have to thank you Steven so much
Avoid this store by all means total crooks I went to that store to get my sim card replaced and the manager wanted to charge me for an activation fee and he wouldn't sell me the sim card alone. I had to call corporate and file a complaint towards the store non of those workers would not help me, good riddance am not with metro anymore.
Phone is not working and I had to come back today after going in yesterday. Still no replacement. Have to wait until next week. Lame.
One early morning a representative was very helpful they knew all the details in regards to the band needed for third-party phones that were compatible with the MetroPCS / T-Mobile network.
We have been going here because it's a corporate store. Extremely disappointed with the service this time. Left and they lost a customer.
Live in the Bronx and see a MetroPCS free or special promotional deal or offer on a phone? Head to this location. "Authorized" MetroPCS locations will try to get more money out of you meanwhile the Corporate Store (this location) will give you the promotion as advertised with no frills.
This location has no air conditioner as well as no where to sit while you wait to be called. The employees are slow and one must expect a long wait.
I must say the customer service here was great, I had issues with brand new phone and it was easy for me to get it exchanged. I had the same rep.both times as well. Thank You Miguel!
They welcome me! Like one of there's! They help me in geting one of their phone! But i wished the company would go on customer performance! N contract that w be the ultimate!

I would have given more stars if customer service would have been the same as the first time i walked in. On my first visit i came with my sister she is a metro pcs carrier and needed to get a new phone we were helped by a VERY HELPFUL man Effrain thanks to him my sister was able to get a really great deal.i really appreciate when employees really tend to there customers because in a work field i make sure to do the same and thanks to him i decided to leave my company and move to metro we were told the deal was going to end in a week. Already convinced that is the place i wanted to purchase my phone the second visit sure as hell had me walk right out for one i was really excited to go back and get everything settled but for the customer service i received this time i felt really judged just by how i looked yes i had a bum day so sweats and baggy clothes was my oftd not only did the gentlemen keep interrupting me as i was trying to explain the deal i wanted to get more info about he seemed to look at me as if i just wasnt going to buy anything and didnt care about giving me information therefore that made me leave before anything.but huge props for effrain!
Wating time is long. If you go to that store to get a phone or open an account the waiting time is usually an hour or more. I went to switch because of the deal and left after 40 minutes waiting.
The workers at that store were really great. They help me get my cell phone with the insurance that I paid for got it the next day and all is good
They guy fixed my phone so quick. I had been to three stores before that and no one could help.
The representative Joel was extremely helpful and professional. I wanted to leave a tip and he adamantly refused. I got my telephone issue resolved without being swindled into getting a new phobe.
THEY SUCK, THEY TELL YOU ONE THING AND CHANGE IT LATER WHEN THEY HAVE TO REDEEM YOU IM NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN, IM GOING TO THE METRO PCS ON 149ST BRONX THE SERVICE IS EXCELLENT AND THEY DONT LIE TO YOUR FACE
This is my primary store, love the variety of phones and accessories here. Larger than most of the local stores. Very helpful staff but extremely LONG wait for service. That's why I don't give them 5 stars
