We purchased two mattresses from Metro Mattress in Genesseo. It has been a horrible experience. I strongly encourage anyone in the market for a mattress to shop elsewhere. After the purchase we scheduled a delivery for both mattresses. Neither showed up and we were never notified. After calling we were told one of the mattresses was on back order but was back in stock. We scheduled a 2nd delivery. Only one mattress arrived and again with no notification. After contacting them again we scheduled a 3rd delivery. Yet again no delivery and no notification. We have missed work among other things waiting on deliveries that have never arrived with no notification. We still do not have any answers for the 2nd mattress. These people have waisted a lot of our time. Would strongly recommend avoiding Metro Mattress!

I just bought my 4th bed from the Geneseo store. The quality is excellent and the staff is always so great to work with. Delivers fast also.

ABSOLUTELY HAPPY with Metro Mattress in Geneseo NY. My husband and I purchased our bed there and it literally feels like your sleeping on a fluffy cloud! A shout out to Art, Patrick and Bryce! They shown my husband, Mother-in-law, and myself excellent customer service! They cared and listened! Thankyou gentleman for giving us exactly what we needed due to a knee surgery and plus my husband had experienced hip pain. He does have to do physical therapy also but had said this bed was pretty comfortable! SHOUT OUT to the delivery gentleman also. They all had smiles and were very careful when coming into our home. We appreciated that. Ty gentleman!
Oh, don’t forget your mattress protector so you can have a 30 day trial only …. If necessary. Plus …they have different types of covers too. We purchased the one that cools your body. Nice! If your looking for excellent service and a mattress that meets your personal needs …. Then Metro Mattress is the place to go! Thanks gentlemen. Very happy!:) God Bless!

Had a very positive encounter with the "Metro Guys" while I was looking for a new twin size bed. They were helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. Found just what I needed and wanted. Thank you fellas, it was a pleasure meeting you both.

They gave you all the time and information you need to make a decision and also a 30 day sleep on it policy.

This experience was great right from start! Matt was the person who greeted us when we arrived to look for our mattress. He asked good questions, showed us multiple options based on price and features, and then he let us decide! Definitely was customer-focused.
Delivery was fast and as promised. Antonio and Angel were conscientious when moving the mattress in the house, up the stairs, and into bedroom. These guys were professional and friendly.
I wasn’t thrilled with having to look for mattress, but the experience we had at this store was outstanding from beginning to end.
