Will was very knowledgeable in his job. I was not planning on spending so much on a mattress and did so because of how knowledgeable and helpful he was.

Salesperson, Will, was very knowledgeable about the product. During our visit to the store we were lead to believe that certain items were included with the sale. We thought mattress covers were included and when the mattress was delivered we found we paid $220 for them. No bed frame was provided to put the mattresses on. Will gave us his personal cell number at the time of the sale. We have called his cell and the store a number of times to clarify our concerns and there has been no return calls. Two stars for Will's knowledge but don't shop here.

We worked with Will and Carey at the Kingston Metro Mattress they were both incredibly friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our shopping experience and never felt pressured or rushed. We would definitely go back to purchase another mattress!

Andrew & Mike were phenomenal and helped save the day for my family whom has been without a home.but upon the delivery of our mattress everything I wa spromised and assured went right out the window. After tipping the gentleman 20bucks they had the audacity to demand another 20 bucks from my recently HOMELESS FAMILY in order to remove our old mattress which I was assured with the extra 30 day money back guarantee I added included removal of my bed.so why on earth after making 3000 off of me knowing me awful struggles would have the nerve to try and take advantage of my children and I! Mind you I just had tipped them 20 bucks for 1 bed delivery they still refused unless I provided another 20 bucks for this reason and als0 my protective cover which is on back order I was also assured they would put on my bed for me. All these promises ans lies just to make a sale and take advantage of the desperate single mother of 6 because she just lost everything IM ABSOLUTELY APPALLED AND FURIOUS! WHEN I CALLED TO ASK FOR HELP I WAS DENIED HELP AS WELL SO I WILL BE RETURNING OUR MATTRESS AND GOING ELSE WHERE!

The salesman has zero customer service skills, laughs at you and asks how much you want to spend instead of actually showing you the prices.made me feel very uncomfortable
