This store staff Jonney and his coworker were so kind and helped my daughter and myself choose new beds for our home and that was not an easy task (myself being a disabled elderly adult) and they managed it with such ease and made me feel so comfortable in the process! I have not purchased a new bed for many many years bc when you normally go places you feel the emence pressure from sales people but NOT here, there was no pressure at all in any part of the process! Thank you guys for all of your help and for being genuinely nice and making the process so smooth!

Jonney and Jake at this location are AMAZING! They were so knowledgable and highly helpful throughtout EVERY step of the process and NEVER made us feel pressured in either choosing the bed or obtaining the financing! They made my purchase of 2 beds a great experience and I would recommend anyone to go and see them! They deserve management positions based on the quality of customer service they put out and portray for thier company! Definitely a 5 out of 5!

So I needed a replacement pillow, I left mine at hotel on vacation. I have a neck injury and the Malouf lavender helps a ton. Jake hooked me up with the last one they had, it was a display (great shape) and I could not wait for new to come in. They got a great deal for me on it, and threw in a pillow case as well. Not pushy sales people, but he did offer me some other options, but i stayed with the Malouf. Go see them. Thanks guys, much appreciated!

Sarah was friendly and helpful. She made recommendations but didn’t push a sale. Ultimately, we purchased two mattresses which was a result of not feeling pressured.

We walked in to Metro Mattress and told them of our situation. They gave us 3 options to solve our problem. It was the knowledge of the salesperson that helped make our decision and we were out there with a salutation at the price we were prepared to pay!
