11Had a bedbug scare, and they were compassionate and helpful each time I called with any concerns.
Everyone is so helpful, and knowledgeable. Its nice to have a company that cares about the customer.
Had a young gentleman named Jubriel come in & assist with a roach problem in our kitchen this morning, his expertise & knowledge to fight these little demons was greatly appreciated and look forward to working with Metro Pest Control in the future.
I am very satisfied with the service I received from specifically exterminator Dabre. I had moved into my apartment for about two months and noticed rodent and roach infestation. He is very attentive to his customers' concerns and immediately knew what action to take. Very pleased to have come across him, and if there happens to be any future situations I hope he would be available.
The woman answering the phone is extremely rude. They should hire someone with a better attitude who knows how to deal with customers. I would like to add that we had a bed bug treatment last year and they did an excellent job!
Metro Pest gets my highest recommendation. Wish I could give more stars. Have used Metro several times in the past for an almost yearly ant problem and they always show up on schedule and get rid of my spring ants. Last week I heard an animal in my attic at night for a few days. I called the nice British lady who answers the phone and she connected me with an animal removal specialist. They came over right away and set traps. Within 2 days they caught a giant raccoon and close up the hole in my roof where the raccoon entered. Very scary and very thankful to metro pest control.
I have used them for both commercial and residential service. Mice, roaches, ants. They are consummate professionals. As for the reviewer complaining about a $500 cost to treat an entire three-level home, I don't know how often you've used pest control services, but I've been a facility manager and homeowner for decades, and that is a very reasonable price. As for others complaining about poor customer service, I don't know who you dealt with, but I have met probably 20 of their techs over the years, and they have always been 100% courteous. They guarantee their work for a period of time after, so if they don't get everything on the first pass, they return for free. I don't write a lot of reviews, but when I do, it's a company I've dealt with - as a professional - and had great results with.
I recently used metro pest control for a bedbug treatment. The specialist that came out to my home was very thorough I have not seen a bedbug in 2 months. I will be using metro for future pest problems. Thank you metro pest control!

Do not attempt to contact! They're a bunch of liars! I called to schedule an initial visit and treatment. Was quoted $375 plus tax, which is very high for a 2 floor town-home with a basement but I agreed anyways. Then the technician shows up, and he wanted to charge me another $9 for each bait station. That would have added to over $500 for total service. Insane! Pure scam! Hence, I do not recommend them. Just read the negative reviews about these guys. Reviews don't lie!
