I have come to MetroSports for 2 injuries over the past few years and they provide the best PT service by far. The whole team at 23rd St is amazing- everything from the admin to the PTs and assistants. Kim, Lauren, Alexis, and Amia- you are the best!

I love the Metro Sports team - PT sessions have become one of my favorite parts of every week. I have been seeing Sejal, Lauren and Kim at Metrosports for the last 6 months post knee replacement surgery. They have all been wonderful, challenging, supportive and educational and they have been key to my physical recovery. My knee and leg feel strong, my balance is better than it has ever been and I am doing things that I haven’t been able to do in years now that I have strength and no pain. I had a goal to go back to surfing lessons in October and found myself on a board in July!

Sejal is our own Waterside Physical Therapist located on the Plaza. She and her very personable assistants have messaged and exercised me for several injuries. In each instance I have regained full use of my joints and am currently pain free. Don’t hesitate to see Sejal if you need physical therapy. Secondarily she has a wonderful personality and I have always left METROSPORTS feeling revitalized.
