Metro Vein Centers Brooklyn, Williamsburg

I do not understand why this place has so many good reviews. I went to get some varicose and spider veins treated. The first time I had to wait in the waiting room for 50 minutes and the second time for an hour and 10 minutes. The first time they did an ultrasound and said I need to get a radio frequency treatment. The second appointment I thought we would be starting the treatment but it was just a discussion about how many treatments would be required and asking if I want to proceed. They charged my insurance $300 for this conversation.

They did not mention it would require multiple treatments during the first appointment and they could only tell me how much it would cost for the first treatment which was around $2000 for the first treatment.

Edit: After leaving this review they called several times. Now I understand why there are very few bad reviews. Two other odd things about this place: they told me to wear compression socks for several weeks so insurance will cover the procedure, but also told me they don’t believe they work and they gave me a pair that was way too large. The floors were very dirty in the patient rooms.

My experience is very good, the treatment and kindness is incredible. 100% guaranteed. Very qualified doctors and staff.

Finding the building was easy, but finding the entrance door to enter wasn't. However, when I get upstairs to the office the reception area was lovely. The receptionists was nice, very professional and helpful.my wait time was 10 min. The Dr was good in explaining about how veins works in our body. I highly recommend them.you will feel the welcome vibe.

Your frustrating drive or ride and having to find a parking spot are soon relieved upon engaging with this welcoming professional staff and doctor. I highly recommend this vein care center to the general public. No one can justifiably or honestly contradict the veracity of this observation. Don’t take my word ; see it yourself. Contradict me if you don’t leave with a sense of satisfaction.
