Everything was wonderful up until Dr. Manly decided to move to Arizona & no longer accept health first at this location. After that they forgot the importance of organization. They caused a big confusion with scheduling clients. They just kept sending people to queens & brooklyn instead of listening to them, being understanding of their clients circumstances and calling them with changes in their schedule. Not calling a client and notifying them of any changes is disgusting.

My mother came in to have the vericose vein treated. Firstly, they didn't have her scheduled due to some mix-up. Then the doctor wanted to do both legs, but we asked why when there's only pain in 1 leg, so he changed it back to 1 leg. She had the procedure last Tuesday, and it took 10 mins. She's had severe pain ever since, but the pain was 6 inches above where the incision was. Pain caused her to not be able to walk & be consistently on advil every 12 hours. No change in pain so she called the doctor 5 days after the procedure to express concerns. Doctor didn't seem concerned but also didn't specify if the pain she's feeling was normal. Told her she can follow up with an appt. She called the next day, left msg for the doctor, & he still hasn't called her back but receptionist told her the earliest appt they have is January 5th.

Today as I write this, my mom is in the hospital on an antibiotic IV drip, getting ultrasound as she may have blood clots and an infection. While I know each case is different, & people's bodies react differently to procedures, I do wish her doctor and the staff here would've provided more insight into her pain. I feel waiting until January 5th, 2 weeks from now, would've been too long to wait.
I give them 3 stars for the procedure, etc but the all-over rating is lowered for what we're going through now.

Update: doctor still hasn't called her back but thankfully leaving the hospital now with antibiotics and an advil regimen. The docs at the hospital stated the techniques used to treat veins at metro vein centers isn't common or recommended. Did some research & most doctors use two other methods of vein treatments that are easier to correct if there's complications.

Update: office mgr reached out after reading review, scheduled my mom a follow-up w ultrasound, prescribed 2 more medications (topical & pill for pain / inflammation), & a gift bag. She still has some pain in the leg at times, and it's been over 1 yr since the procedure.

This is was the best thing I did for my health, in the last few years, and, I’m very be careful about my health.
I have had a lot of pain, in the last few years, surprised, that I exercise, very well and often. I found this clinic (Metro Vein Center) trough a friend and online. It is wonderful, Since i make a call and deal with the front desk assistants, I was felling very confident and great. Everyone there is very professional, kind and perfect. The doctors, nurses, technicians, are fantastic. I got the best results. I used, could not handle a 4 hours flight. Now, I had the longest flight (Ny to Singapore) and haven’t any pain. I m heavily recommend this treatment.

Nice staff, and doctor was very knowledgeable. I was seen fairly quickly and was out the door with clear instructions of what to do next. I recommend this place for sure.

So far I have loved how they treat one. The doctor is very good and the nurses are very attentive, the treatment they give is very good

Dr. Ha is a very professional and kind provider. He answers all your questions and concerns. The staff are great and friendly. Everyone has great bedside manner. I am happy I found Metro Vein Center. Highly recommend them.

Metro vein center in midtown Manhattan, my experience with Dr. Mendy has been a success for the health of my legs, he is a very professional and attentive doctor and he also has a team of staff at the center who are also very good and attentive, For my part, I congratulate you and thank you for your attention.

Today 12/4/23 was my second time and I must say my experience with the staff was amazing. Everyone was curious, professional, and very helpful, I recommend Metro Vein center to all that need Vein treatment. My thanks to everyone working at Metro couldn't ask for better support.

My experience was excellent. Dr. Mason Mandy, his assistant and staff at Metro are friendly, caring and medically expert. Procedures are diagnosed and procedures are applied efficiently without pain or bruising. A pleasant time.

Very disappointing. Went for swelling in leg was given a gnarly Radio frequency leg ablation which did absolutely nothing. Went back explained i needed another 'flush out' and also wanted treatment of spider veins. Upon booking the appointment they asked me to come back again to decide what to do? I'd already been back after surgery when i thought that was decided. Kinda feel there's a lot of unnecessary visits to charge the insurance and no health results. Moving my custom to another practice that seems to be more engaged with the patient to efficiently treat.worth noting that staff in the facility were lovely and tried to help.

The best place to treat your Veins in all New York… the costumer’s treatment is amazing! I veen under treatmen for a year and my legs are feeling and look brand new and healthy… thanks Dr Mandy and his crew… the girs in the front desk are the best team ever…. I will miss this place!

Most clean place staff is great doctor's great if you need it done this is the best place to go

Afia was amazing she very polite and informative she made me feel comfortable and she was patient and understanding to my needs Dr Mandy is an amazing doctor who take the time to listen to the patients and assistance them with their needs I am confident once I am done with my procedure I will feel like a new person after enduring have vericous veins for 20 years I will be able to live a normal with life without being ashamed of showing my legs i truly appreciate everyone who is helping me along my journey

So far it has been a great experience Dr Mandy and staff are great It does get very crowded but everyone is great. Ultrasound was very detailed and not rushed, they answer all your questions Very good experience. Sometimes wait times are long and communication about post procedure do's and dont's need to be communicated in advance not day of the procedure. Was surprised to hear I had to wear a compression stocking for 7 days Overall good experience hoping the treatments work. Update, varicose vein is gone after the injection. Thanks Dr Mandy and staff

Omg, my experience at Metro Vein Centers, the one at 111 E 57th Street in NY has been fabulous. All the staff working there are great and I just must mention someone who helped me feel calm about this experience since I was nervous and her name is Afia. I felt relaxed, comfortable and she is just such a pleasure to speak with. I am beyond grateful for this experience here and Afia, thank you so much for the work you do!
