I filed 2 claims with my home insurance. Metzwood advised me not to. I did it anyway because I had issues with my apartment that needed fixing.
I was dropped for using my insurance. Metzwood were not able to find my new home insurance. Very disappointing. Poor service. Avoid unless you want to pay for insurance that you won’t be able to use.
