Mexicana Car Service, Yonkers NY

You will be lucky if they even answer the phone. When they do you could be waiting less time than what they told you to expect or you might be forgotten altogether. It’s hit or miss, and you might get the driver From Hell, or someone sweet as pie. Never know what to expect.

MARK MY WORDS THIS IS THE LAST TIME IM USING THIS TAXI SERVICE TWICE THEY MADE ME MORE THAN HALF AN HOUR LATE FOR WORK
What made me even more upset is that the driver didnt show up and say I wasn't there while I was standing outside the whole time Y'all need to get it together

I've been aiting more than an hour since i've requested a ride as of right now. When you get a guy telling you 5-10 minutes, you would expect them to be on time no? Dont call these guys.

Forgot to mention, i called twice asking for a cab cause it was late, second time i spoke to someone, they said the same 5 minutes thing and hung up on me when i mentioned it's been almost an hour. Some guy called asking me for another 5 minutes, 20 minutes later my uber driver came with no sign of the mexicana driver.

They’re absolutely terrible. I will NEVER call them again. I have been using them for 6/7 years and after this I’m done. 35 minutes waiting for a cab. Every time I call it’s the same excuse “2 minutes”. “sorry he will be there in 1/2 minutes” today was the last straw. Do NOTTTTTT call and waste your money! They don’t deserve a dimeb

The first cab left before I could get outside and my phone was turned down and I was not able to hear, when I called the driver back, he was yelling at me.

I got off the phone and called the base and explained what happened. I was sent a car within 3 minutes and the driver professional. I will continue to use this cab service.

This is the second time I call and the dispatcher was very sarcastic when I asked where my cab is. It's like they have no patience, the cab driver called once and left didn't even give me the opportunity to walk out the door. As I am walking out they continue to drive away. Poor customer service. I always call here now they make my good days horrible with their attitude. People need to learn to understand they are serving people and if ur having a bad day l, they should leave their package at home

This is my 3rd time ordering with them and they take 35 minutes OR more.they also try to over charge you every single time. Last time I’m using them. There are plenty better services out there for taxis

Half the time that their male dispatchers answer a call they are SOOO unprofessional that it’s like pulling teeth from a lion for them to simply answer by stating the “name of the business and inquiring how may they help you. ” They simply answer the phone and don’t say anything. Then if you say hello is anyone there? Then MAYBE they might respond but if you are waiting for them to acknowledge you on A BUSINESS OFFICE PHONE; don’t hold your breath, they will simply hang up! Even worse; by merely mentioning to them how that behavior is UNPROFESSIONAL; now they BLACKLISTED my CALLER ID phone number and simply won’t answer the phone for me leaving me STRANDED!

I like Mexicans for promptness and good customer service. I don't like the fact that they can call you back because they be trying to flirt with the customer or track you down. If you call the cab and you call another one that's the customer right so if they come and you hopped in another cab why do they call you threatening you.

Prompt timing of arrival. Good customer service via dispatcher, my go to for taxi cab when traveling within and outside the city.

Worst service ever! Waited 40 minutes and taxi never came! After 20 minutes they stopped picking up the phone. Save yourself the embarrassment and time! Never call them

This is THE WORST CAR SERVIVE EVER. Right now the Driver is having a personal conversation screaming. One time a Driver came with his friend. Another time a Driver told me that he did not want to put on the AC. ABSOLUTLEY THE WORST.

I wish I could give them no stars. I ordered a cab and was told it would be 5 mins. They came 20 mins later. Yes they because the cab driver had a friend with him. Who does that? And they were talking about the previous passenger they had. I’m sorry but this is extremely unprofessional. Driver had a smirk on his face the entire time. If I pay for a service then I expect it to be professional. Will not be using them again.

Worst taxi service in Yonkers. I called a cab (and note this happened many times) and they told me five minutes. I would be waiting outside in a urgent need to get to my destination for 30 minutes. I would repeatedly call and call and no taxi would arrive. I do not reccomend at all.

I used them today.first I was told $12, okay, going there fine, coming back it somehow raised to $15, neither driver going or coming back spoke to me, each driver was on their phone speaking spanish, and the driver coming back hit on me, and offered his cell phone number for whenever I need a ride to call him.that's unsafe The 2nd car was also a van not a cab with no identifying stickers showing the company name I wont be using this company again

Poor service. Lines are always busy and EVERY SINGLE TIME I call a cab they take 20-30 minutes to get to my house when their cab base is less than a mile away! TERRIBLE CAB COMPANY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Waited a hour and a half for a cab after they said 10 min, was late to work and almost fired because of it very inconsiderate and rude people i called 6 Times while waiting and they kept telling me it’s on its way 5 min.never showed

Terrible! I waited 20 mins and every time I called for the cab they said “it’s coming now”. I finally found another cab and called them to cancel the cab and the dispatcher on the phone was rude and hanged up on me! Never again. U guys should be grateful because we request your service. I’ll be calling other taxi services in Yonkers like family or paisano.
