19Set up appt in early April 22, for May 19 2022 to have roof cleaned, inspected, and spot sealed. Took motor home over to them on 19th at 9: 00am, asked them to also look at my leveling jacks which weren’t working right. Called at 12: 00 that day to see if it was done and they said it was sprinkling and couldn’t do the roof. I asked if they could still look at levelers and they said yes. When I showed up later to pick it up, nothing was done and service manager said he could schedule another appointment and no apology was offered. Is this how meyers does business? They will never get mine again and I will discourage anyone I know from doing business with them!
Didn't mind the business existing until the massive flag was erected that can be heard flapping from over 300yards away.
Patriotism is one thing, using the flag as a commercial "look here! " Is another.
WOW, what a great buying experience. From start to finish, we were so impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable staff. From Krista in sales to Matt doing the walk thru, nothing but a pleasant process. Adam was excellent in working out all the numbers of the trade and the new unit and any extras. Mike in finance was very friendly and helpful answering my many questions about the warranty. Matt in service walked us thru the entire unit, spent over 2 hours with us answering any and all questions and even double checking a few items I had concerns with. The small extras they do are very noticeable from the bag of goodies to the text number to ask any question if you have a service issue when camping. I drove from Buffalo to make this deal and will be recommending them to everyone. Well worth the drive to get away from Colton. Thank you all!

THESE GUYS ARE AWFUL! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We bought our Micro Minnie Winnie from Larry at MEYER's Finger Lakes last June. First off at the final signing, Larry said he would meet us, Larry was a No show. No biggie. We were jerked around with the agreed price and value of our trade in. We negotiated and gave a bit. After getting it home, we noticed a few issues which included the slide out not working properly. The service team claimed they fixed the issue but didn't elaborate on what was wrong. My husband and planned a extensive cross country trip this spring. When we de-winterized Minnie (April 12th) we noticed that the slide out would not extend or retract properly. We called Meyer's and we're told that they had NO openings until the end of June! That was unacceptable to us. We then worked our way up management and were given schematics and instructions for a reset. That didn't work and we were again told we would have to wait until June. After going back and forth, waiting for Drew or Mr. James to return calls that never came we decided to reach out to Winnebago.
Starting with the Sale, Krista was very prepared for my arrival and listened to my wants and desires for a family RV. The buying experiance was smooth and very enjoyable. We purchased in December of 2021 and just pulled the RV out of storage in April, a week before our first trip. The unit needed some minor yet necessary work before our trip and the Owen and Andrew in service got our RV in the shop and ready to camp in the middle of a huge dealership renovation. Krista in sales went above and beyond when on our first trip only a few miles from the Farmington store, we managed to lock all of our RV keys inside the RV during a rain storm. Krista came to the rescue with a service key and got us back into the RV! Thank you Myer's, I am very impressed!
Awesome sales team and customer service. They got us what the other rv store was looking for for us for 6 months in less than a day.
Stopped in a few days ago. Talked to a tall salesman named Dan. Told him I wasn't buying anything anytime soon. He spent an hour teaching me about various aspects of camping and the different products they offer. No pressure whatsoever. Just extremely helpful. Fully recommend Meyer's in Farmington! When I'm ready, I will buy here!
5 stars. I had a great experience buying a trailer in Sept 2021. The staff were very helpful and nice (not pushy at all). They gave a great walk through when I picked it up at their service center. And the service center was a great experience too and all of them are very knowledgeable and nice. And everyone at Meyers makes you feel welcome. Thank You Meyers Trailers.
I dont recommend taken your rv to the service department! They had our camper for over a month. Our appointment was July 27th. When we call to check on it they lied to us twice saying they were looking at it that day. So finally we had enough of the lies, we picked it up. Not even touched or looked at!
Don’t bother with the sales department they don’t fix things properly. Worst company to deal with

Mark Chrysler is an outstanding sales person, he listened to what we actually wanted and Meyer’s delivered. Our entire experience was customer service driven from sales to financing to orientation they left no stone unturned. If your in the market for an RV Meyers is your one stop shop.
Out of the blue decided to get a new r/v and went to Meyers instead of Wilkins this time. We looked around for about an hour and a salesman finally came out. Kyle showed us a bunch of campers, we eventually settled on one, however the next day purchased a bigger one. Kyle was very helpful, especially since we changed our minds and decided on a different model. I definitely recommend asking for Kyle when going there, he is a great guy. Thanks for the water Kyle. Camper was delivered 2 days later by Jason, again a great person. No complaints with anyone we worked with. However, after using the camper for a few days the a/c gets frost all around it. We have called now two times and still no response. Not great business practice, especially on a brand new vehicle. Hopefully this will be resolved soon before it turns into a bigger issue. So 3 stars because I can't receive a call back.

Top notch sales and service at Meyers of the Finger Lakes. Krista in sales was amazing in getting our family exactly what we wanted. Even after the sale she assisted with a minor service issue. The buying experience was the quickest large purchase experience for me as everything was ready when we showed up to sign. When we took delivery of our Imagine, the service team was amazing. I had so many questions and they spent 2 hours answering my silly questions. I wanted a few add ons like a back up camera, slide topper and vent covers and they installed it all right at pick up (slide topper I told them in advance). The prices at service were incredible. As far as I could tell it was the same price as amazon BUT THEY INSTALLED IT ALL FOR ME RIGHT THEN AND THERE at basically no additional cost. I highly recommend Meyers to anyone looking to buy their RV. I also want to say thanks to James the service manager for assisting in a big way for us in a pinch. I cant say enough wonderful things about the team out at Meyers in finger lakes. Highly recommend!
I just bought my new camper from the Meyers Churchville store and the sales team were amazing! Dylan and Tyler were very helpful from the start of the process to the finish of it. They answered all of our questions thoroughly and were very easy to work with. I highly recommend the Churchville store if you are in need of an RV! The entire team there were all great to work with!

I had a great experience. We went in at the end of the day just to look, Tim Baker helped us. The first RV he showed us we fell in love with and wanted to buy. He stayed late to help us finish everything up. I really appreciated that he didn’t pressure us to buy and all around a nice guy. We came back for a walk through and dereck helped us and was super friendly answering all our questions and taking the time to help us. We will go back next time just because of the great customer service.
I quickly stopped to take a look at a few larger models (as inventory is low with covid) i seen they had out back. I told the sales guy I was looking to upgrade from my 2020 model to a larger model. I was instantly asked how much I owed on my model (insane). Then was told he would not open all the units because it was too cold outside. Un believable. I told him never mind. Just lost a sale out of pure laziness and rudeness.
